The house is located on a slope right by the forest, with hiking trails starting at your doorstep. The area is mostly quiet, though occasionally a truck is loaded at the warehouse across the street. At night, with the window open, you may hear the nearby stream. The building offers good soundproofing and stays pleasantly cool in summer. Access to the house is step-free, but there is one step at the apartment door and inside.



Please note our house rules for dogs: Dogs are not allowed on the couch or beds. Outside the apartment, please keep your dog on a leash. Do not leave your dog alone for long periods without prior arrangement. Also, be aware that a curious cat lives on the property.
