About this property

Superbly equipped apartment in old stone house with large pool and great view.

The house as a whole is our permanent family home. What you see in the photos is the part entirely reserved for you. Across the terrace through your front door is the kitchen area (better equipped than our own kitchen, actually). On the left you have the shower/washroom with a shower that really works and a butler's sink big enough to wash clothes or even small children (no tiny basins here). Plus a separate wc. Up the stairs is the huge first-floor studio space that fills the width of the house. From here you have the best view in the house, across vineyards to a skyline of wild garrigue woodland.

Step out through the gate at the top of the property, and you are immediately in our old village – a little world of narrow streets, and one particular feature that most guests are sure to use. Junas has one of the few remaining boulangeries that bakes its own bread on the premises.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in Junas. Flo & Mark sind sehr liebenswerte Gastgeber und haben uns bei allen Aktivitäten mit Rat & Tat unterstützt. Das Grundstück, seine Bewohner und der Pool sind herrlich. Und die kleinen vierbeinigen Mitbewohner im Garten sind einfach entzückend : )

Wonderful Hosts and Beautiful Accommodation

Mark and Flo could not have been more friendly and helpful and we enjoyed their company very much. Nothing was too much trouble and their help and advice on what to see in the area was fantastic. The accommodation and facilities were perfect. Overall one of the best holidays we have ever had in France in the last ten years, highly recommended.

The perfect vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this place in lovely Junas. Staying at Flo's and Mark's felt like staying with Family, to be honest. We enjoyed the pool and all of their recommendations in the area. The appartment has everything you wish for and our daughter enjoyed the Space and all the animals living there aswell. Hope to see you soon Flo and Mark! We will be back!

Wonderful Vacation Rental in Junas

We had an amazing time staying here with our family. The studio is located in the small quiet village of Junas. It was very comfortable, clean and spacious and the pool was heavenly on a hot summer's day. Mark and Flo and their daughter Amy were incredibly hospitable and generous hosts. They were always there for good advice and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We'd highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet place to stay in the region.

Nous sommes toujours aussi enchantés de nos vacances à JUNAS cet été ! Nous avons fait notre cinqième séjour dans ce petit coin de Paradis; L'accueil est toujours parfait et nous pouvons profiter du calme du village et des activités plus sportives qui ne se trouvent jamais très loin au bord de la mer ou vers les Cevennes! Le logement est impeccable et le coin piscine très agréable!

Highly recommended

This is a fabulous holiday destination. We stayed here with our 2 teenage children and were so impressed we have now had 3 holidays here. The word 'studio' cannot begin adequately to describe the magnificent accommodation, which was immaculate throughout, and the large pool is fabulous. The owners are enthusiastic and welcoming hosts, even baking a loaf for us when we were too late for the village shop! We found a good choice of shops, supermarkets and restaurants in the nearby market town of Sommieres. We enjoyed great days out in Nimes, Montpellier, and the seaside (about an hour's drive away, but well worth it). We cannot recommend this lovely property more highly.

Am Rand des historischen Ortes Sommieres gelegen, direkt neben den mittelalterlichenSteinbrüchen von Junas (im Sommer berühmtes Jazzfestival), ganz in der Nähe der touristischen Centren von Nimes mit seiner römischen Geschichte und dem quirligen, jugendlichen Montpellier, Schluchten undKanufahren in der Ardeche, der Pont du Gard, wandern und Weintourismus am Pic St. Loup, ca. 30 km entfernt wunderschöne Strände und ursprüngliche Hafenstädtchen in der Camargue (Grau du Roi, Aigues Mortes)direkt vom Haus Anschluss an die Fahrrad und Skatingstrecke Sommieres - mit viel Finesse eingerichtete, großzügige Wohnung, herrlicher Pool mit Poolhaus, Liegen, und Beleuchtung und Flo & Mark, die nettesten britischen Franzosen die Du je kennengelernt hast !!

Un très bel endroit pour de très belles vacances

Des vacances charmantes avec un accueil qui l'est tout autant. Le studio est vaste, confortable, bien distribué avec la cuisine et la salle de douche au rez-de-chaussée, une pièce généreuse au 1er étage et une large mezzanine, la piscine, idéale. L'été, le petit village de Junas accueille un grand festival de jazz, sans parler d'Avignon, bien sûr, à portée de voiture.

Excellente adresse!

Parfaitement situé entre Cevennes et Méditerranée, dans un village au calme! Superbe accueil avec un accent British! Studio +mezzanine plein de charme grâce à un parquet magnifique! Grande piscine à partager avec les propriétaires. Pour toutes ces raisons, nous sommes revenus à plusieurs reprises.
