Come relax and do the beach bum life. You can walk or bike to beach, restaurants, shopping and more. 2 blocks to beach. Perfect area. Need no CAR. Beautifully maintained two-bedroom vacation rental on gorgeous Anna Maria Island. Everything you need is here except you. Secluded beaches, shopping, restaurants, golf, fishing and relaxation. Apartment includes full kitchen, 50' flat screen TV in living room, flat screen TV also in one of the two bedrooms, shower & bathtub combination in the bathroom. Lines, dishes, pots and pans all here for you. A private patio area in side yard for outside dinning and seeing the stars at night. Small grill available. Also has an outside shower to rinse off the sand from the beach. There are beach chairs, and umbrellas for your use. WIFI connection included. The apartment has driveway parking. There is easy access to free trolley transportation around the island. The trolley stop is at the corner of this block. This is also one of the golf cart access streets. You will be in a lovely quiet area ideal for walking and biking and only 2 blocks from beach. Unit is decorated in Florida style, bright colors and fun decor. This unit is not suitable for children or pets, as the decor is of high grade. You will be pleased you found this piece of paradise. Parking right out your door. Check in is at 4:00 on 1st day of stay, check out is at 10:00 on last day of stay.

Such a wonderful vacation

We had a very comfortable & relaxing vacation at Carol's duplex. She was a great host, and treated us like family. The duplex is very clean, comfortable, and within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, stores, and the trolley which is great transportation. Thank you Carol for sharing your home with us, I would not hesitate to rent again.

Wonderful vacation!

Carol’s place is so cute! Playfully decorated with a beach theme, very light and airy. Everything you need is provided and the place is squeaky clean. It is in a quiet neighborhood and has a nice little outdoor area with table & chairs. Carol is a wonderful hostess. Would love to return next year!

Perfect getaway

This is our 2nd time staying at this location. And we will definitely contact Carol again the next time we come. She is the perfect host. Bikes and everything you need to make the short walk to the beach is included. Place is well equipped with everything you need. Even beach towels, umbrellas and chairs. Beds were comfortable. We were both sick the first 2 weeks and Carol was genuinely concerned and offered as much advice as possible. Thank you Carol for another great stay.

Cute and Cozy

My friend, spouse and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Island Treasure for the month of January, 2024. While the weather was cold and wet, this home did not disappoint. Everything worked perfectly, the kitchen was well stocked with useful items, and the tv operation was intuitive. Most importantly, the unit was clean and the neighbourhood very quiet. Carol was a delight, and a real bonus to have her in the adjoining home. Overall, the Island Treasure exceeded our expectations and we would happily stay at this property again…..Deborah.

Perfect winter get away

I can’t say enough positive about our stay at Carol’s place. It was everything we hoped for and more. Access to the beach and all the island has to offer was at our fingertips. Carol was the perfect host. This place feels nautical the minute you step in. Cozy and comfy. And Carol is a delight to visit with and so helpful with Island info. We loved that she provided bikes as we used them everyday to bike to the beach or restaurants or shopping. Also took advantage of the free trolley. Well supplied even down to things like hangers. I could go on and on……but will simply say a huge thank you to Carol and we hope we will be able to book again in the near future. If there were 10 stars I would give 11. 💖💖💖

I had everything I needed!

The apartment was clean and provided everything I needed to prepare meals and enjoy the beach and Island. My family joined me and we had 4 bikes to tour the island, beach chairs and umbrellas. Carol was respectful of our privacy and in communication as needed. Highly recommend her place for a restful get away.

Frau Soustek ist eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Kleine und sehr saubere Doppelhaushälfte. Die Terrasse ist allerdings sehr klein und nicht überdacht. Die Unterkunft ist für 2 Personen gut, für 4 aber zu klein.

Wonderful Florida Beach decor sets the mood for vacation fun right from The start!

Nice well maintained property with owner in adjacent unit available for ‘local’ knowledge on all things Anna Maria!! Excellent for 2 people and the occasional guest. Location is good and amenities like bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas very convenient. Best of all the owner is meticulous about keeping the place clean and bug free. It’s like living in a bird sanctuary😎

Loved the location ... only 3 blocks from the beach. Duplex is equipped with many kitchen appliances, cookware and dishes. Space is appropriate for 2 people to have a great vacation!!

Best Vacation Ever!

I had a lovely vacation the best I have ever had to be honest .I hope to return again soon! The villa is adorable and is equipped with everything you could possibly need, it's literally like being at home. Carol ( the owner) is the sweetest person ever! And she makes you feel like you are at home. If you need help getting around the island or any questions about the island she is the girl to ask. Carol has been on Anna Maria Island for 30 plus years. I cannot brag enough on how much I loved renting this piece of paradise. So much to do! The beautiful beaches of course! Plus... Biking,walking,swimming and more!Oh and the food places to choose from. Oh my lord! Their is 2 chain restaurants on the island Dominos and Subway. Other than that it's all unique family owned eatery's.The Waterfront is one of my favorites but there is so many to choose from. The donut experiment is a must have! I can go on and on... I give this rental 5 stars across the board. I enjoyed every minute I was there and I am looking forward to going back on my next vacation. #Beachlife

Our stay was absolutely wonderful!

Our stay in Anna Maria Island was so nice. The weather, and the water temperature was so pleasant. Our accomodations were perfect, close to the beach with just a short bike ride down town Anna Maria and Holmes beach. Our accomodations were clean and cheery and came with a very pleasant owner who provided absolutely everything we needed during our stay. I would recommend this rental and we would love to stay there again. Thank you, Coline & James

Great Place.

My husband and I spent the month of January in this property and thoroughly enjoyed it. More than enough room the 2 of us. It is well maintained and kept up to date. Location was great, quiet street and close to trolley stop. Short walk to beach. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Loved Anna Maria Island.

Beautiful and Quiet Place

My husband and I stayed here for the July 4th weekend. This two bedroom place was great for us. We did not use the twin beds but was nice to have the extra space if needed. We used the grill and had a great dinner outside after watching " The Forth of July Parade" that came down the street at the end of this block. What a nice surprise. We also enjoyed the beach but loved to come back to a quiet place. (lots of extra people were there for the holiday weekend). We walked or biked everyday. We used the Free Trolley to go shopping and to dinner. Lots of fun places to eat. The beach is beautiful and quiet, except on July 4th weekend. We loved everything about this place. Everything is clean and kept up. We will be back.
