Well-maintained, quiet apartment in a prime location: only 3 minutes' walk to the wide sandy beach, 5 minutes' walk to Lake Leucate with its surf school, 250 m from the Lydia museum ship, and 200 m from shops, restaurants, and the market (Place du Tertre). Bus stop just a short walk away.

Free parking is available directly on the street and on a large nearby parking lot. Leave your car behind – everything is within easy walking distance.

The highlight of the apartment is the terrace with its outdoor summer kitchen, where you can enjoy your meals in the shade of a pine tree. Barbecue available.

Logement très propre, fonctionnel, il est extrêmement bien équipé en rangement, étagère, placard pour se sentir comme chez soit. Plancha, terrasse, transat, cuisine d’été… Résidence calme avec piscine, proche des commerces et de la plage. Échange avec la propriétaire très agréable JE RECOMMANDE!!!
