Typical house in the heart of the old village 200m from the beach. Completely renovated in 2017. Sunny terrace in the morning upstairs. Fully equipped kitchen (induction, oven, microwave, dishwasher). 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs, 1 on the ground floor, quiet (2 double beds, 1 single bed). 1 SE with shower and toilet on the floor. 1 SE on the ground floor with shower. Separate toilets. On the ground floor, a room with direct access to the street for bicycles, surf .... All shops and restaurants nearby. Possibility of parking in the adjacent streets or parking of the beach or the town hall.

Great family holidays

Perfect house for up to 5 people, very close to the beach, every 2nd market for great regional food and tourist stuff. Butcher, bakery, supermarket reachable by foot within max. 5 minutes walking. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Cette maison de village est parfaitement conforme à sa description ; Elle a été rénovée mais elle a gardé le charme de l'ancien y compris dans le mobilier sans pour autant négliger l'agrément.Nous avons adoré.Par ailleurs, elle est idéalement placée dans Barcarès et il est possible de faire tout à pieds. Malgré l'absence de stationnement dédié, ce dernier n'a pas été problématique.Barcarès est une ville très sympathique et la maison est à proximité directe du cœur de la ville. (Restaurants, Marchés et marchés nocturnes et moultes activités)Des travaux d’aménagement sont en cours et améliorerions encore le cadre notamment pour les enfants.Seul petit inconvénient pour les gens habitués, comme nous le sommes, est l'absence de climatisation la nuit.L'air marin, rafraichit bien mais cette proximité appréciable du cœur de ville génère un peu de bruit ; Il est donc difficile de laisser ouvert. Néanmoins, l'hôte mets des ventilateurs à disposition ce qui rend tout cela agréable.Les plages sont magnifiques et il est possible d'en profiter largement car elles ne sont pas surpeuplées. Avant l'accès à la mer, il y a une grande bande de sable pour laisser de l'espace aux jeux de raquettes, ballons, cerf-volants, etc...) L'eau est très belle.La ville est bien situé et il est possible de trouver de nombreuses activités dans un faible kilométrage. (parcs aquatiques, accrobranche, parc animalier etc...) Amélioration : Un lit superposé dans la chambre simple serait encore un plus.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette charmante maison, atypique, très bien équipée et idéalement située (proche de la mer, des commerces, des marchés,…), on peut tout faire à pied. Stationnement facile dans les rues adjacentes. A recommander !

Ein gelungener Urlaub im August

Das Inserat (Haus und Umgebung) entsprechen der Realität. Herd, Wasch/Spülmaschine, -Kühlschrank usw. funktionieren tadellos. Bäckereien, Metzgerei, Restaurants, Markt mit frischem Obst und Gemüse sind zu Fuß in 1 bis 2 Minuten erreichbar, Supermarkt etwa 10 min..Auch der Strand ist wie beschrieben, nur 200m entfernt. Parkplätze gibt es in der näheren Umgebung, wenige Meter entfernt. Wir fanden sogar immer einen Platz direkt vor dem Haus.Für eine Familie mit 2 oder 3 Kindern ideal. Bis Mitternacht gibt es täglich wechselndes Programm auf den großen Platz, wenige Meter entfernt, und vom Balkon aus zu sehen. Nach Mitternacht ist es aber auch beendet, und wir konnten immer gut schlafen. Einziger Nachteil: Hand .und Geschirrhandtücher muss man selbst mitbringen. Für Bettwäsche muss man nochmal extra zahlen oder ebenfalls mitbringen.Ein gelungener Urlaub..

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem schönen Haus. Sehr nett eingerichtet, sauber und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Auch dieses Mal hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Gerne machen wir dort noch einmal Urlaub.

Familienurlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Ein typisch französisches Haus, zentral gelegen. Fast jeden Tag gibt es vor der Haustüre einen Markt ( mal mit Lebensmitteln mal ohne). Das Haus ist zweckmäßig und gut eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos. Durch die zentrale Lage ist es häufig am Abend laut, uns hat das manchmal gestört, dennoch würden wir wieder hin fahren. Der Strand ist in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Wer außerhalb eines typischen Touristengebietes ( wir haben selten andere Europäer gehört) wohnen möchte ist hier genau richtig.

Location très pratique très proche de la plage et de la place où se trouve le marché vraiment très bien située un peu bruyant le soir mais en plein mois d'août et en centre ville c'est tout à fait normal les propriétaires sont très sympathique répondent très rapidement aux messages Nous avons appris à les connaître sans même les avoir vu (merci à vos voisins fort sympathique qui nous ont parlé de vous) Pour résumé un super voyage en famille

Zentral im Ort und nah am Meer

Das Haus war sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet, auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Praktisch für eine fünfköpfige Familie sind die zwei Badezimmer. Gegenüber des Hauses gibt es eine sehr gute Bäckerei und wenn man aus dem Haus nach links geht, erreicht man in nur 2-3 Minuten einen tollen kleinen Obst- und Gemüseladen. Und ein Supermarkt ist ebenfalls zu Fuß gut zu erreichen Auf dem Markt, den es im Sommer sonntags auch vor dem Haus und nahezu jeden Tag auf dem großen Platz schräg gegenüber des Hauses gibt, finden sich zwar viele Stände mit dem üblichen touristischen Zeug, aber dazwischen auch tolle Gemüsestände und andere leckere Spezialitäten. Von Le Bacares aus gibt es in der Umgebung einige interessante Orte zu entdecken, So ist Barcelona als Tagesausflug gut erreichbar. Auf dem benannten großen Platz, wo auch die Märkte stattfinden, gibt es abends häufig Programm, allerdings war es gegen Mitternacht immer beendet, so dass es danach relativ ruhig war. Insbesondere für jugendliche Familienmitglieder ist die zentrale Lage des Hauses absolut perfekt, da sie selbstständig zum Meer gehen und am Abendtreiben im Ort teilnehmen können.

Séjour très passable

La maison, bien que refaite à neuf il y a quelques années, comme décrit dans l’annonce, est meublée avec un style très vieillot. La literie est déplorable, en particulier celle de la chambre « individuelle » qui dispose d’un lit « à lattes » de très mauvaise qualité, qui ne cessent de se détacher à chaque mouvement un peu brusque. De plus, bien que la localisation de la maison soit proche de tous commerces, restaurants et de la mer, le bruit aux alentours, essentiellement la nuit, est vraiment dérangeant. Séjour donc très passable....
