This lovingly furnished one-room apartment for two people combines alpine charm with modern living comfort in 31 square metres. Custom-made wooden furniture creates a stylish atmosphere and offers a surprising amount of storage space—perfect for a relaxing holiday or a pleasant business stay. From the apartment, you can enjoy a view of the Jenner.

The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, stove, oven, and coffee maker, leaves nothing to be desired. The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower and toilet. An lift, free Wi-Fi, and a private parking space provide additional comfort.

The location couldn’t be better: The Jennerbahn valley station is practically right outside the door and takes you to one of the most beautiful hiking areas in the region. You can reach Königssee in 20 minutes on foot—this is where the boats depart for the famous pilgrimage church of St. Bartholomä. Restaurants, a bus stop, and a bakery are all within walking distance.

Schöne kleine Unterkunft. Größe für zwei Personen ausreichend. Sehr ruhige Lage, gut angebunden an die Busse und Nahe der Jennerbahn. Lediglich die Betten waren für uns nicht ideal, da sich diese verschieben. Kaffee, Zucker, Tee, Kaffeefilter gab es nicht. Geschirr und Co. war ausreichend da. Das WLAN war okay, reichte aber nicht immer ganz aus um Filme zu schauen.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wunderschönes Apartment in traumhafter Lage! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem sehr schicken Apartment in der Ferienregion Königssee rundum genossen! Schon im Vorfeld wurden wir bestens betreut: Die Gastgeber waren sehr bemüht, freundlich und informativ. Besonders hilfreich waren die detaillierten Angaben zur Schlüsselabholung, die alles ganz unkompliziert machten. Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bietet ein wunderschönes Ambiente und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der absoluten Ruhe – einfach herrlich zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen! Auch die Lage ist fantastisch: Die Jennerbahn und der Königssee sind in wenigen Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, die wir jederzeit gerne weiterempfehlen!

Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Sie liegt sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig - man ist fußläufig am Königssee, kann Wandertouren vor der Haustür starten, hat einen Bäcker und einige Restaurants um die Ecke und 2km entfernt ist ein Edeka-Lebensmittelmarkt. Von der Ausstattung her hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Das Appartement ist stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr modern. Die Kommunikation mit dem Agenturservice lief ausnahmslos sehr schnell und unkompliziert ab. Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal hier.
