The studio also offers plenty of space for studying and working, if needed. Our holiday rental, once the stable of the old farmhouse, combines the charm of historic architecture with the elegance of a modern gallery. From the bay window, you have a magnificent view of the natural surroundings. A home that feels like a studio—perfect for finding inspiration and unwinding. There is a bathroom with a shower. A small kitchen provides a place to cook. Up on the loft, a 2x2-metre bed invites you to dream. From the unique bay window, you have a magnificent view of nature. The space is heated by underfloor heating and, for a cosy atmosphere, by our KANUK cast-iron stove. We provide firewood during the winter months so you can heat the space yourself. The studio has a floor area of 55 square metres and is ideal for couples looking to relax. In the garden, there’s a log-cabin sauna overlooking our pond and the surrounding nature. Just a heads-up: due to the skylights in the loft, it’s not possible to completely block out the light in the bedrooms. In another part of the building, there’s another large holiday rental that sleeps up to 7 people. This apartment is completely separate. If needed, both apartments can be booked—just let us know. Rabenbrunn is a small, idyllically situated farmstead in beautiful Lower Bavaria. Rabenbrunn is the ideal place to spend a few relaxing days with family or friends. The ground floor of the house features the kitchen, a living and dining area, a bathroom, and a small storage room. The upper floor of the house houses all the bedrooms and another bathroom. In another part of the building, there is an additional holiday apartment for 2–3 people with a separate entrance, which can be booked separately. In the garden, you can truly unwind in the new log-cabin sauna with a view of our pond and the surrounding nature. There is ample parking available in the courtyard. In the summer, you can enjoy the unique natural surroundings from various terraces! A swing set gives children plenty of opportunity to let off steam. The recreation room, equipped with a foosball table and a ping-pong table, is available for your use, as is a fire pit where you can build a campfire on balmy summer evenings. Inside the house, we’ve lovingly furnished and decorated every room with colours and wallpaper to make you feel right at home. The deposit is 90% of the total stay cost. Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Check-out is available between 1:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are provided via a key safe. You’ll receive the code in good time before your arrival. Two pets are allowed for a fee of 30 EUR per pet. A cot can be provided free of charge upon request.
