The accessible apartment with its own underground parking space is furnished to a high standard and offers underfloor heating in all rooms, as well as a spacious terrace overlooking greenery—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. In summer, you can switch on the cooling ventilation system, and all rooms can be completely darkened. Here, you will immediately feel at home and can truly unwind.
