The ground-floor apartment, with 77 m² of living space, features a bedroom with a double box-spring bed (2.20 x 1.80 m) and a TV. Another room can be used flexibly as a home office or children’s room and features a double fold-out bed (2.00 x 1.60 m). The open-concept living and kitchen area is perfect for cooking and relaxing together. The modern bathroom is equipped with a freestanding bathtub and a separate shower. For families, a travel cot, high chair, and practical children’s aids in the bathroom are available.

On the upper floor, another stylishly furnished apartment with 53 m² of living space awaits you. The bedroom features a double box-spring bed (2.00 x 1.80 m) and a TV. The open-concept living area with kitchen and bar creates a cosy atmosphere. Here, too, a freestanding bathtub and a separate shower provide additional comfort. Two loggias facing south and west offer sunny spots for breakfast or relaxing in the evening.

An 11-kW wallbox is available for electric vehicles (billed based on usage). Depending on availability, two e-bikes and one bicycle may also be used.
