A staircase leads from the hallway to the upper floor, under which a practical cupboard provides storage space. To the left of the entrance is the first bathroom with a floor-level shower, underfloor heating and towel heating, next to which is the in-house sauna.

The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor forms the centrepiece. The U-shaped kitchen with granite worktop is fully equipped and features a bar with three stools. The dining area includes a large oak table with six chairs, a high chair is available.

The living room has a cosy corner leather sofa with extendable seat, a 52-inch TV with soundbar, DVD player and a high-quality stereo system.

A fireplace provides a cosy atmosphere. Doors lead from the living area to three furnished terraces (east, south, west) with garden furniture, beach chairs and deckchairs, surrounded by a lovingly landscaped garden with a frieze wall and wildlife fence.

It also serves as a gateway to the islands of Rügen and Hiddensee. The Bodden beach is just 400 m from the property, and public transport links are within walking distance.
