In Pula, in the renowned Pinus Village area, just 250 meters from the beach and easily reachable on foot, Residenza Blu Marino is the perfect retreat for those dreaming of a Sardinian holiday filled with sea, relaxation, and nature.



This welcoming end-terrace house, ideal for families and groups of friends, offers air-conditioned rooms equipped with mosquito screens. There is a double bedroom, a second bedroom with three single beds that can be joined into a double, and a double sofa bed in the bright living area.



The modern, fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle. The interiors also include FWA Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a safe.



The real highlight is the outdoor space: a private pine grove of about 300 sqm, fenced and illuminated, perfect for relaxing in the shade, dining outdoors, or letting children play freely.



Guests have access to a table and chairs, outdoor lounge, sun loungers, barbecue, outdoor shower with hot water, and private parking. A washing machine and a sink dedicated to washing swimsuits and beach accessories are also available.



Perfect for families: right in front of the house is a playground. Upon request, a travel cot, bed rail, and booster seat are available.



The bus stop is also in front of the house, active from May to October, with connections to Pula and other nearby destinations.

Pros: Wir haben uns in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung sofort wohlgefühlt und eine erholsame Zeit verbracht. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der große, schattige und liebevoll gepflegte Garten mitten im Pinienwald. Die vielen unterschiedlichen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, die gemütliche Hängematte und sogar die Außendusche mit warmem Wasser machen ihn zu einem ganz besonderen Ort zum Verweilen. Auch die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber, komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die gut ausgestattete Küche verfügt sogar über eine Spülmaschine, sodass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Insgesamt spürt man überall, mit wie viel Sorgfalt und Liebe zum Detail die Unterkunft gestaltet wurde.Die Lage ist ruhig und zugleich äußerst praktisch: Das Meer ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt, und der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus.Maria Rosa ist eine liebe, herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns bei ihr willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Dankeschön☀️
