Went to a SF 49ers game, this place was perfect for that. A 30 minute walk to the stadium. Place was clean, four beds that were comfortable. We did not cook, but the kitchen looks like it had everything you would need. Did not use the pool. Owner communicated well. Would stay here again.

Great rental house

We stayed at this house with three adults and two children. There was plenty of room and beds for everyone, the house was clean and the community was very nice. There’s a large shopping center with restaurants and a grocery store within a two minute drive from the house. There is also a community pool that was easy to access. Garage parking is included with the rental which was great. Communication with the owner was very easy also. If we come back to the area, I would definitely book this house again.

Beautiful property and home. Vicki is the best!

This house is very spacious and Vicki was always available if needed. The master suite was large and comfortable. There is a lot of air traffic which you do hear but other than that the neighborhood is pretty quiet. The house was clean and everything was well appointed. Highly recommend.

Great house in a great neighbourhood. We had a query about the hot water and the owner was very quick to reply. Just two things to mention - the pool is 0.5 miles away which wasn’t clear in the listing. Also the neighbour banged on the door one night at 1030pm complaining that Airbnb isn’t allowed in their community and the cutlery drawer was making too much noise! Bizarre as we’d been out all day and had only just got back. Had only just taken our shoes off let alone make a cup of tea. Not to mention being very rude at disturbing us so late at night. He was the neighbour to the left of the property. Nevertheless at great place for us to stay close to family so we’ll consider again next time we visit.

Wonderful neighborhood, convenient to SCU, perfect for family wedding preparation

Photos are very accurate, in person up close the furniture is worn (chairs sink in, lots of dings and water rings on dark colored tables, pillows older). I gave only 4 stars for cleanliness due to overhead vents are caked with dust, kitchen Shark vacuum had sticky hardened liquid on it (however it worked great), kitchen garbage can foot petal is broken (lid has to opened with hand each time you use it). We had planned on using the oven to bake cookies for our daughter’s wedding, but were unable to due to the LED temperature reading was broken. All other appliances were great. Pots and pans were in abundance, though tired looking. The set up worked beautifully for our family to getting ready for tue wedding and the location is very convenient to SCU Mission, downtown and the airport. Even with the few disappointing features, we would stay here again.

Love the condo/location. The condo was filled with so many amenities which was greatly appreciated. It is in a great location, neighborhood and very quiet. Plenty of room and having a washer/dryer was a bonus.

Lovely condo in beautiful neighborhood

This condo worked perfectly for my family. It is located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood with easy access to the interstate. The condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable. It also had a two car garage for easy parking, very nice. There was a TV with cable service and a TV with Netflix already to go. One minor thing I would recommend is for the owner to have a few games, puzzles or even a deck of cards. Overall, it is a very nice condo.

The location of the place is excellent with restaurants and grocery store nearby . It feels safe to go for a walk in the neighborhood. The house is clean and comfortable . It looks exactly like the pictures . We had a great time staying in this place

Great Location, Lovely Home

This house was perfect and so comfortable! The kitchen is very well stocked, the beds very comfortable, and it was so nice to have our own garage and garage door opener during out stay. The Rivermark Shopping center is around the corner with Safeway, restaurants, a bank and more. The home is between 101 and 680 and a quick drive to San Jose. This home is in a beautiful neighborhood, upscale, quiet and safe. It would be good for a family or group of people on assignment in the area. We enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Why they chose this property

We used to live at this community, and like it very much. It is family friendly community. It is conveniently located at the heart of Silicon Valley with walking distant parks, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, library and etc. So we decide to buy an investment property there. Hopefully at the time we retired, we can come back.

What makes this property unique

The house comes with high rise ceiling, formal living room, dining room and cozy family room. It has big windows, and glass door. Full of sun shining. Three bedrooms are also spacious.
