Please turn off AC or Heater.
Please put used bed sheets and towels on the garage if possible.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No bonfire, noise front/back of house. Quiet hours 9pm-8am. Two cars on the drive way. Pls park extra cars on Chromite st. Don't relocate furniture
Pls don't leave trash in the backyard/side/ house floors- extra cleaning will be $100. No assembly in the front of the house. No party inside/outside.
Light music inside. Drink very responsibly. Smoking anything (including marijuana) not allowed inside/outside of home. Penalty $500

Short drive to Levis and Kaiser facility. Close to all big Tech companies like Apple, Netskope, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Cisco, Juniper and Google Walk to Starbuck, 7-Eleven and Knob Hill This is a rare Santa Clara home that have two bedrooms with attached bathroom (2x suites). Each room has all custom closets. There is a Walk-in closet in Master Bedroom. The fourth room offers an office workspace. All heating and air-conditioning is central.
