With 110 m2 of living space, the house features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a separate toilet, ensuring that families and friends alike feel right at home. The private garden, complete with a lawn and comfortable patio furniture, is the perfect spot to relax, while children and dogs have plenty of space to play. On the terrace, you can enjoy sunny hours or social evenings under the pergola. Thanks to the house’s location, you can even enjoy the evening sun on the terrace! Trees provide natural shade on hot summer days. A private parking space for two vehicles right next to the house ensures convenience upon arrival.
Inside, a cosy living area with a TV and free Wi-Fi awaits you—ideal for relaxing evenings. The open kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, and all the necessary accessories—making cooking a pleasure. For longer stays, a washing machine, dryer, iron, and hair dryer are available. We’ve even thought of the little ones: a high chair is provided.

Our motto is “dogs unlimited” and “dogs go free”—there’s no limit on the number of dogs, and they stay with us for free! This is our way of rewarding everyone who treats our home and its furnishings with care.
The yard is completely fenced in.

For active holidaymakers, the resort offers bike rentals, including bikes for the beach. The adjustable air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures even on warm days. However, due to the house’s solid construction, it hasn’t been necessary to use it yet. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. It’s also ideal for long-term renters or construction workers.
