With approximately 58 m² of living space, it accommodates up to 2–4 people and is the ideal starting point for a relaxing holiday on Sylt. The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm) and a spacious closet. The cosy living area features a sleeper sofa, a TV, and a dining nook. The open, harmoniously integrated kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a microwave (please note that there is no oven). From the living area, you can step out onto the private terrace with a beach chair, patio furniture, and sun loungers—the perfect place to enjoy the fresh North Sea air and spend relaxing hours outdoors. The bright, natural-light-filled bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a hair dryer, rounding out the amenities. The country house is situated on a lovingly maintained, approximately 4,000 m² property with spacious gardens. The quiet location in the south of Westerland combines relaxation with easy access to nearby amenities. Depending on the beach access point, the beach is about a 5–10-minute walk away, and the centre of Westerland is about a 10–15-minute walk away. Wi-Fi and free parking round out the amenities. Pets are allowed for a fee.
