Beautiful condo, quiet, easy access to beach,

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our stay at the Kapalua Villas was genuinely incredible. From the moment our family of 13 arrived, everything exceeded expectations—the space was beautifully maintained, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable. It felt clear that a lot of care goes into creating a welcoming experience for guests. What really stood out, though, was the level of service. As the spokesperson for such a large group, I had tons of questions and inquiries for management. The staff was not only quick to respond, but also exceptionally kind, professional, and communicative throughout the process. Their patience and attentiveness made a huge difference and illustrated just how well this place is managed. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Between the quality of the space and the outstanding support, I’d happily return to and confidently recommend to others. Thank you KBM Resorts for a job well done - we had a wonderful family vacation!

Great get away choice

The apartment is nice and clean, location is great for golf lovers for a nice get away. Access to popular beaches and tourist spots within 15 min drive. Resort has several pools within walking distance. Very family friendly. This unit does not have ocean view.

nice well maintain place with lots of room for a family of 4. unit is well equiped. I would maybe add boogy board (body surf board) on the beach gear. those were hard to find on store on the island.. overall , great place and nice outside kitchen by the pool

The condo was amazing! We lived it! It was equipped with everything you could want or need!

The condo was clean and well equipped with anything you could need for a comfortable stay! Ice chests, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, a surf board... kitchen was equally as equipped! Bed was comfortable and we couldn’t have had a better place to call home while we were in Maui! We did receive a notice the day before our last that they would be exterminating and we needed to be out by 9 AM the next day, which we had not been previously aware of. The exterminator didn’t even knock before entering the condo before 9 AM. All in all LOVED the condo and hope to go back to this particular rental!

Very upscale!

After 30 years of visiting Maui, this was the best rental property I have ever had. It's beautifully furnished, every detail is provided down to the pack of napkins The coffee is ready to be brewed,the linens are fresh, the decor is beautifully tropical but also very upscale. The terraces are fully furnished with use of the golf course and mountains flanking the ocean water. It's very quiet and elegant.

Wedding in Kahului

Staying at the Kahului Golf Villas was so much better than a hotel. The condo was perfect and a beautiful view. My only recommendation would be to advise guest to rent a car to get around.

KBM Hawaii was a class act! Quick, friendly, and easy to reach. There if you needed them but did not interfere with personal time or space. They texted us what to do day of checking in before we could even call! Simple, polite, efficient and I felt like they trusted us and we them. Headed back in 6 months and KBM will be our contact in Hawaii always. There were so many special touches including detergent pods, extra trash bags, deluxe soaps, Fabreeze, folded Kleenex ect! Definitely 5 Star treatment. Thank you KBM!

Such a beautiful property located in the heart of a golfing community. Very quiet location with the most beautiful landscape and ocean views. Solid service flooring throughout the entire home, tastefully decorated and upgraded appliances. Lots of extras provided like boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and lots of oversized beach towels. Definitely felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again. We loved our stay here on Maui.

Spacious Home in Quiet Neighbourhood

Stayed here with my partner and family. Checkin was easy and professionally handled. A lovely bday gift from host awaited us. (Thank you!) The home was clean, modern, spacious, and filled with all necessary amenities to make us feel at home. We often sat on the lanai at night to share a meal and stargaze. We would definitely return in future.

Love the Kapalua resort property and all of the things to do. Only complaint with the unit was the old carpet in the two bedrooms. It was worn and in need of replacement. Other than that the unit was very spacious and well appointed. Will be back but will look to stay closer to the water.

Great condo. Excellent for a family or two couples to share. Kapalua is an exceptional location with outstanding amenities. Snorkeling and beaches were an easy walk from the condo. Place was perfect. Well kept and owners have taken the steps to make this place classy and comfortable. Great beds! Plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware. Bahama chairs and umbrella - ice chest, etc. were all available for beach. Amazing sunsets over the captain cook's and Bay Course. I would like to stay here again. Cozy and perfect in every way. The overall experience was fantastic, the condo was beautiful, everything worked fantastic. The only negative KBM did a nice job however when we called them it took quite awhile for them to get back to us. We were suppose to have a car with the condo we never got the car. This condo complex is fantastic, the pools are great, the views are great, it's close to restaurant and shopping, we will definitely stay here again.

Lots of space for a family of four

Condo was great, lots of amenities. We did quite a bit of cooking in the condo. Kitchen was well stocked. We were four adults and the layout was great for together times or do you own thing. Not much of an ocean view so if that was critical look at lower suites. Walk to the beach was short. Pineapple Grill not a good as it was, I'd give it a pass. Would rent again.
