In the house: central heating system. 160 m long very steep motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Public car park at 750 m, extra. Grocery 700 m, restaurant 350 m, bus stop "Flims Dorf, Post" 700 m, bathing lake "Caumasee" 2 km. Gondola lift, slopes, ski school 750 m. Nearby attractions: Rheinschlucht Aussichtaplattform Il Spir, Baumwipfelpfad Senda dul Dragung. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Flims, Laax, Falera. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Caumasee, Crestasee. Hiking paths: Flims, Laax, Falera ganz Jahres Wanderw. Schneeschuhwandern, Winterwanderwege etc, Sommerwanderwege et.
