Fully furnished and equipped for immediate use. Cable TV flat screens, high speed WIFI, security system and all utilities paid. Covered parking, BBQ grills, close to new ballpark and casino, on the greenbelt and golf course, biking and walking paths, two pools, business center, workout gym spa, club house, free trolley to downtown or you can walk, close to everything in very nice, quiet complex. Sorry no pets, no smoking.

Bella Vita is a quiet, relaxing gated community with all the amenities. Our unit looks out on an inner greenway courtyard. Hiking, biking and running paths are out the front door, golf courses, parks and sports complexes are within short walking distances.
