You will be staying in a well kept complex with beautiful and mature landscaping. The unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath on the bottom level of a 2 story building . The first bedroom has a queen bed with an adjourning bathroom and walk in closet. The second bedroom has 2 single beds with the bathroom connected to the bedroom. The condo has a walk out deck that overlooks a green space and pool area, the pool area also has a hot tub. Adjacent to the pool is a barbecue area that is available to all owners and renters of the complex.

The condo is equipped with all the linens, towels, pillows and anything else one would need for a comfortable at home experience including a washer and dryer, cable and WIFI .

One of the biggest benefits of Villa Estados is it’s location. There is access to baseball facilities, golf courses, minutes away from hiking, Old town Scottsdale, and Fashion Square. This location is close to the 101 Freeway for easy access from the airport and other desirable locations to visit in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. ASU’s Tempe campus, Phoenix’s downtown area that offers professional sporting venues and arenas for live concerts. The talking stick resort is very close which offers musical events and a casino. Chaparral park is within walking distance which offers a dog park, activity fields, bike paths and fishing.

Great location, all the people we met that lived in the condos were friendly. Grill is in close proximity of the condo we stayed at. Washer and dryer was a plus on long stays. Erin was excellent and responded quickly anytime we had a question. This is probably our last trip to the Scottsdale area but we highly recommend staying at this condo. You will not be disappointed. Thanks again Erin, we enjoyed our time there.

Sensational stay in Scottsdale

The condo is exactly as pictured. Walk out your patio door, take 10 steps, and dive into the pool. Parking was a breeze. I parked right in front during the entire stay. Erin, the host, answered each and every contact quickly and with the information I needed to enhance my stay. She went above and beyond what I expected. She personally contacted people to assist me. Amazing! Everything you could possibly need is provided; toaster mixer, knives of every type and description, liquid soap, shower gel, I could go on. The location is ideal. It’s very centrally located. Walking distance to the irrigation canal walkway, 3 minute drive to Chapparal Park, arguably the most beautiful park in the state, 8 minutes to the quaint “old town” area, 5 minutes to Fashion Mall. 12 minutes to the not to be missed Desert Botanical Garden. What more could anyone ask?

We loved our stay here! The condo opens right into a beautiful courtyard with pool and hot tub. Neighbors are all very friendly and fun. Owner was very prompt and very helpful. Unit was well stocked with quality everything! Only suggestion we would make is to upgrade Master mattress.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Villa Estados. The location is terrific as it is close to both the bike path on the Arizona Canal and the bike path through the Indian Bend Wash Park. A 15 minute ride to Old Scottsdale and a 10 minute ride to 5th Avenue shops. The condo is nicely decorated and has all the amenities you could want. It is very comfortable. The condo complex is relatively quiet and the residents are very friendly and welcoming. Erin was a very helpful and accommodating owner. We enjoyed our stay very much.
