Apartment 2 – Schrappmühle with Shared Terrace, Garden and Wi-Fi

Our Apartment 2 is about 70 sqm and is located on the first floor, accessible by stairs. You will stay in a three-room apartment with a living kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchenette is fully equipped with cutlery, dishes, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The living area features two sofas, two tables, an armchair, TV, and DVD player. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds. Baby cot and high chair are available. The house is quietly situated between Grupenhagen and Posteholz in the municipality of Aerzen. Covered and open terrace as well as a barbecue are available for shared use. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels are included on arrival, additional linen changes are available for an extra fee. Wi-Fi is available. Washing machine can be used jointly. Bookable from 2 nights. Pets only on request. No events allowed.

Unser Haus befindet sich in der Großgemeinde Aerzen, zwischen den Orten Grupenhagen und Posteholz, Kreis Hameln-Pyrmont. Es besteht aus einem Altbau und einem neueren Hausteil, indem die Ferienwohnungen zu finden sind.

Im volleingerichteten Küchenbereich stehen ein Esstresen mit Sitzplätzen, sowie Mikrowelle, Herd mit Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher sowie Toaster zur Verfügung.

Der Wohnbereich ist mit einer Essecke, Eckbank und Stühlen, und TV mit DVD-Player eingerichtet.

Zusätzlich bieten wir im Haus einen Seminarraum und einen Coworking-Space an. Bei Interesse melden Sie sich gerne bei uns.

Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Küchentücher sind bei Anreise in der Wohnung, zusätzliche Wäsche/Handtücher sind kostenpflichtig.



Sie wohnen in Alleinlage in ländlicher Umgebung, rundherum Wald, Wiesen und Felder. Kostenloses WLAN. Vor dem Haus stehen Ihnen Parkplätze zur Verfügung, und ein gemeinschaftlicher Garten sowie überdachte und offene Terrassen laden zum Entspannen ein. Der Self-Check-in ermöglicht eine flexible Anreise.
