This house and the location is perfect for our annual family river trip. We plan to rent again next year. Super close to tube rentals. We took a nice long float and then enjoyed relaxing in chairs in the river in front of the house. Although we did not spend much time inside, the living room furniture is comfortable and the beds were as well. The kitchen had everything we needed and the porch was perfect for visiting. Communication with the host was easy. Great weekend!

Love this river house!

We absolutely loved our stay at this river house. Our favorite part was the patio and view. It's situated in the perfect spot and never got too hot (the ceiling fans were a huge plus). The condo had everything we needed: a huge kitchen with a bunch of cookware and a living room that was big enough to comfortably seat our group. I love when vrbos actually have enough seating for the amount of guests. Our only improvements would be to invest in better mattresses and have a few lamps so that the overhead lighting isn't the only option. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location on the river.

This property is amazing. We stay on the river at a different property every year and this one is in our top two. Plenty of utensils, plates, silver and cups. Comfy beds. Nice showers. Great BBQ pit and best of all, the river access is legit. if you wanna sit in the shallow water, hit up the left of the "beach". Want deeper? Hit up the right. Great people watching on Labor day but not too busy to get on my nerves. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a great time at the river. Thank you very much for allowing us to stay.

We had a party of 8 guests and it accommodated us perfectly! The condo was clean and very nice. The property is right next to the river and is a great place to hang out. It is also very close to places to eat a different places to drop in for tubing! We will be rebooking for next year! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Great location! On the quieter end of the river. Great view of cliffs. Walked to Cap’s tube/shuttle company. Only thing we didn’t realize til we got there that parking was allowed on the gravel bar beach area.

The area is beautiful and the view from the front porch is stunning. The cliffs across the river are not something you find very often in Texas. We enjoy floating with the kids and having adult nights out listening to music. The location is central to Canyon Lake, Greune and New Braunfels.
