Close to Village and SHARC!

13 Puma Lane is a clean, comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a great location. It is only a 5 minute walk to the SHARC and comes with 8 unlimited SHARC passes come with the rental (up to a $25/day per person value).

The master bedroom has a California King and bath. Downstairs has a second bedroom with a Queen and a kids room with two sets of bunk beds in the third. The bottom of one of the bunk beds is a Full-size perfect for adults. A very comfortable pull-out Queen sofa downstairs is available as well.

The home comes with two living areas each with a HD TV and Blue Ray ideal for families wanting a separate space for the children. Cable/Satellite TV is available along with a high-speed Internet Wi-Fi connection.

The well-stocked kitchen opens into one of the living areas making it perfect for entertaining. Upstairs has two decks each with comfortable furniture to lounge on those amazing Sunriver afternoons or evenings. The large hot tub is located on one of the decks where one can soak at the end of the day. A comfortable gas fireplace is located in both living areas to warm to in the evening without the mess of making a fire. Air conditioning is available to help keep cool on those hot summer days.

Wonderful winter stay!

This is the second time staying here for a yearly ski birthday trip. Location is great, Sunriver is always great, and access to bend/mt bachelor is perfect. Hot tub was so appreciated! Rooms very cozy.

Fantastic place in Sunriver

This place was awesome. It was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed for an awesome week in Sunriver. For those with mobility issues, the steps to the main level are a little steep but it was fine for our family. We loved the hot tub, used the bikes every day and appreciated the SHARC passes plus the 4 minute walk there!

Overall, it was a great stay! It worked perfectly for our family.One observation is that there were no tissues or napkins we could find in the place. We also noticed that there were only two paper towel rolls and two rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom). For 8 people, under normal usage, this was not enough.I might recommend furnishing the place with more supplies of tissues, napkins, paper towels, and toilet paper.We purchased some extras and left in the place for the next guests.Thanks!

Great place. Great location.

Well-equipped very nice 3 bedroom home very close to SHARC and less than a mile to the entrance to Sunriver, providing quick access to the Hwy up to Mt. Bachelor. Two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor; master suite, kitchen, living room on the 2nd floor. Nice hot tub. Worked out great as a base for a 5 day ski trip.

Unforgettable Family Vacation

We have been staying in Sunriver for 20+ years during our own childhood and now to be able to bring our kids is such a gift! This property was such an incredible location! The amenities were wondering and helpful to our family! The hot tub was Awesome! The beds were very cozy and we loved the size of the washer and dryer! Overall an unforgettable family experience we will treasure always! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Great Family Escape!

My husband, Teen boys and my sister and her husband all stayed in this family friendly property. The xtra living space downstairs mad a great game room for the boys while making upstairs an adult space. The village and pickleball at Sage Springs was in walking distance! Highly recommend!

Awesome location - home away from home!

We loved our stay at this house. It was perfect for our three teenage daughters. We rode our bikes everywhere and never used our car once. It was clean, the beds were comfy, we enjoyed the board games and watch a couple movies since unfortunately, the smoke was so bad that things were closed during our stay. We also loved the hot tub.! Would definitely recommend this place! It’s not fancy, but it’s nice and just really comfortable, truly like a home away from home.

Hot tub and Sharc. What else do you need.

We enjoyed our winter stay so much, that we’re hoping to be able to come back in the summer and stay here. There were lots of beds for our family of 5 to choose from. The kitchen was easy to use and the washer was so big we could fit all the towels in one load to prepare for check out. We enjoyed the fire place and just lounging by the TV. The hosts were super nice and easy going. We’d come again for sure.
