Guests in the loft have easy access to either the Primary Suite bathroom or the Main Level bathroom just a few steps away.

🛑 **House Rules**: Respecting the Retreat
To maintain the tranquil nature of this residential community, all guests must observe Marin County rules and the following policies:

➜ Strict Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM are strictly enforced.

➜ Guest Limits: Maximum of 5 daytime visitors are allowed beyond the staying guests.


➜ Catering Policy: All catering vendors must be approved by management with Vendor details submitted and approved at least 30 days prior to check-in. The approved caterer must provide a general liability policy to cover against damage or accident to the home.
