The main house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with beautiful hardwood floors throughout the 5500 sq ft.
The main house can accommodate up to 10 guests overnight. Beds relatively new and comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware,etc.
There is a downstairs apartment, with a mini kitchen and bathroom area, that can accommodate up to and additional 6 extra overnight guests. Each of these overnight guest over the 10 guests in the main house is an additional $75/night.
No large parties allowed. No live or loud music or noise to disturb the neighborhood. No pool use after dark. Quiet outside between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am.
(Space for parking a maximum of 8 cars in the driveway allowed. If over 8 cars, permission is required.No street parking.)

Entertain on the Baby Grand Piano in the Formal Living Room... or Dine in either the Dining Room or Family Room, (each have seating for 8 for sit down dinners or game board play.) Back patio can also be set up for sit down dining.
Access from Living Room, Dining Room and Family Room through French doors that open out onto cobblestone patio with custom built circular gas pit. Stone steps guide you through the garden to the lower pool and wheelchair access, as well, down brick walk way. Includes wood burning fireplace, recessed lighting and vaulted ceilings.

The Master Bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the gardens with a spacious and luxurious bathroom, as well as, a sitting area. It has an updated Kitchen with Wolfrange, Subzero Refrigerator and Freezer, and gorgeous granite countertops.

In Addition: If you only want to use the estate for DAY use, the fee is negotiable depending on hours and number of guests.
