This one of a kind, crystal beach vacation rental, has it all. Happy Days on Waterways is located on the canal where you can enjoy glorious sunrise and sunsets from the deck. This beautiful newly remodeled home, with a sparkling pool, sits on a fully fenced double lot. The spacious open floor plan has 3 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 11 guests. This fully stocked retreat has a king size bed, a queen size bed, and a bunk room with one queen, two full and one twin bed. You will feel so at home as you create amazing memories with your family or friends. Happy Days on Waterways, formerly known as Bolivar Slam, is the perfect pet friendly vacation get-away perfect for families! You’ll find everything you need for waterfront living at this vacation rental. The open living/dining/kitchen area with wood floors throughout, offers plenty of comfortable furniture to relax in while visiting with your group. There is plenty of room for multiple cooks and/or cook’s helpers in the well-stocked kitchen so you can prepare that fresh seafood in no time! Cozy, restful bedrooms, each with its own TV, means no fighting over the remote when you can't agree on which movie to watch when it's time to kick back. Fishing fans will enjoy wetting a line in the canal right outside the door! Want to bring your boat? This amazing bayside home has a boat slip with lift available for your use! If the fishing and boating isn’t enough for you, just make the short drive to the beach, located across Highway 87!

It seems to have been untouched since our first visit 3 years ago. A light canister is missing in the master. The sofa has some stains on it and the floor rug in the living room could be changed out and fastened to the floor somehow. The outside flood light was broke off the patio and laying on the ground. The porch railing could use repainting or at least cleaning where what seems to be black mold is growing. And lastly, this house I think says something about the fishing but there is no underwater fishing light which would really help the night fishing. Overall though, the house is great and we will stay there again.
