Chalet overlooking Keuka Lake in the heart of Wine Country

Overlooking the eastern branch of Keuka Lake, the chalet on Bluff Point is minutes from Keuka College and Norton Chapel, the Garrett Chapel, Keuka Lake State Park, Esperanza Mansion and the many wineries of the Finger Lakes wine trails. The property is located on a private drive, a secluded 5 acres of land with views that celebrate sunrise, moonrise and everything in between. Guests have exclusive use of two decks, a gas grill, and an open fire pit. Inside accommodations offer one bedroom with a queen bed, and a loft with a double bed and one single bed. The three season room has a sofa sleeper. The kitchen is galley style and there is one bathroom with a walk in shower. In addition the living area has a chaise sectional and a rocker recliner. The property is equipped with Spectrum TV (3 independently tunable tv's) and air conditioning. Beginning the Spring of 2022 the owner will be living in a separate residence on the property. No areas will be shared including the driveway.

Quiet get away

Memorial Holiday

Girls trip to the Fingerlakes. The quiet seclusion of the chalet really made the stay remarkable. My dog had room to run around and we enjoyed the wild life. The kitchen and house was well stocked. On cooler rainy days we were able to cook some homemade meals adding to the coziness to the home.

Beautiful property

This property is so beautiful, we hated to leave. We saw deer and plenty of open space to walk the dogs, who loved it as much as we did. Brett is very nice and the property is well taken care of.

Relaxing and pet friendly

Tucked away in a quiet place in the woods. Short drive to the many breweries, wineries, and state park near by. Plenty of space for our dog to run and play.

Quiet stay...

Brett was great, and the rental was exactly as advertised. It was quiet but still only a few minutes from town and a number of wineries. It's a relaxing getaway for those who need it.

Quite, Peaceful, and Relaxing

We had an amazing time. Very clean and well appointed with an amazing view. Far enough away for peace and relaxation; however close enough to shops, restaurants, and wineries if you want to adventure out for a bit.

Exactly what we were looking for!

What a great place! Perfect size for relaxing and enjoying outdoor time with our dog. Location was awesome… close enough to everything but quietly tucked away for some chill time. Brett was awesome with the booking process, check-in, and showing us around. We would definitely go back… but next time…we’d plan for a longer vacation.

Kick-ass Cottage

What a great property and excellent value for the money! It worked perfectly for our family.... clean, spacious, well kept, and stocked by the owner with things you don't think about like paper towels, trash bags, etc., and gas for the grill! I highly recomend this property and will rent it again!

Sweet little spot

This cottage was perfect for us, and it would be good for two couples or a family. Two decks with views of the lake. Very quiet. Spotless house and grounds. Brett was very good with on-time check in and responsiveness. Great location.

Quite and Peaceful getaway

Away from it all, but close to everything! We enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin. Well equipped with all we needed. Owner Brett was easy to communicate with and was quick to assist us. Highly recommend!

The whole process

The place was very clean. All the amenities were available. Easy to get to town or parks in the area. There are plenty of wineries, breweries, hiking and biking trails in the area. Brett told us some good biking and hiking trails. Great view in the morning, a couple of deer came through early. We enjoyed our stay.
