The property was very clean and communication with host was good as well. The beds were a bit firm and it is listed as having outside space which was the front porch with minimal seating. Great restaurants within walking distance. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Cute Little Italy Spot

Cute, affordable, clean apartment in a wonderful location. You can walk to all the little Italy restaurants and shops. The museum area is not too far away either. It was our first time in Cleveland, and we are so glad we chose this place!

Little Italy

Loved the neighborhood. Nice people. Parking area is not ideal. Beds were a little stiff but if you like a firm bed, this is a good place. The pictures make it look larger than it is. Shower head comes up to my eyes but I am 6'2". No cable or ability to even watch Netfilx. Walking distance to Little Italy area, Corbo's is right around the corner as are many of the area's excellent restaurants. Front porch area is small but you can sit out front which was nice. Could use better front porch chairs. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Management was helpful and responsive.

We got email instructions from the owner in advance. Excellent location near the C Clinic and Case. Perfect place for a fam if 4. Comes with assigned parking spot! I’ve recommended this place to the rest of our extended family!

Fabulous spot, super clean, and well appointed

I had a great stay. The apartment was just what I needed, a clean, comfortable, space while I was here for a conference. The location was amazing. The Murray Hill Market has great food and Cleveland Yoga was just down the street. Thank you for making everything so easy.

Fun Cleveland Trip

The property was chosen due to its location close to Case Western Reserve University. Convenient to everything and very walkable. Included parking is a huge bonus! Super comfortable beds and fun decor. Check-in instructions were specific and helpful. So much to do in Cleveland we will definitely be back.

Great please in Little Italy

This rental suites our needs perfectly for dropping of our daughter at the Cleveland Institute of Art. Our last night we walked over for a great dinner. Will most likely use again on future trips to Cleveland.

Great place for a little r & r

Stayed for three nights while husband recovered from a procedure at the clinic. Very convenient-10 minute drive to clinic, several restaurants close by in a quiet neighborhood. Description of property is accurate-parking is just a short walk away. Would use again.

Location Location Location

This apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Cleveland’s Little Italy. Short walk to all the great restaurants & shops. We were there to pick up our daughter from CWR University which is a 10-15’ walk to campus. Most importantly is this location offers off the street parking which is golden in this neighborhood.

Great Little Italy Apartment

This apartment is in a great location - in walking distance to restaurants, hospitals, CWRU, and public transport. It was very clean upon arrival and has an assigned parking spot. Smooth check-in and check-out. Only negative was that we could hear the renters downstairs. We can recommend and will be back.

Charming home, responsive host

We live four hours from Cleveland. This was not a vacation. My spouse was undergoing a serious surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. I wanted a clean home with a kitchen that was located nearby the hospital in a safe and walkable neighborhood. This home checked all the boxes. Additionally, Mr. Byram was extremely responsive and accommodating, Especially when we needed to extend our stay. I highly recommend this property.

Great little apartment, nice area

Such a cute eclectic apartment, clean and well decorated! The neighborhood is great close to restaurants, a market, coffee shops. Felt safe walking around. Communication was good with instructions ahead of time- although we checked in at night in the dark which made the parking spot a little harder to find (parking is a few houses down the street). Couple of notes- the beds are very firm. Didn’t bother us but may bother some people. Also very few shower toiletries (a small hotel bar soap and small half used hotel shampoo) so we were glad we had brought our own. Had plenty of towels, toilet paper and household goods though. Would definitely stay here again!

You will feel at home in this neighborhood. Great neighbors, great restaurants, and it's very safe. This is an old neighborhood, filled with the energy of youth. This apartment is so close to the Cleveland Clinic, University Hospital, and Case Western Reserve University that you can literally walk there. Unbelievable Italian restaurants within blocks. 3 minute drive to Cleveland Clinic.
