Our first floor unit is located in Laurel Court with a beautiful view of the lake. 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths. Sleeps 6. Steps away from our private pool and the beach. ~1100 Sq ft unit w full newly remodeled kitchen, screened porch with beautiful view of the lake. Parking right in front. Unit equipped w FREE HiSpeed wireless Internet service, 3 Flat screen TV's. Kingston is 145 acre gated private oceanfront resort that has it all on-site, away from downtown Myrtle but close enough for access to everything. Linens and fees included in your rental at no extra charge. We have beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers and sand games for use during your stay.

Great condo

The property is as described and the owners were great to work with. The location of the condo is steps from the pool and within easy walking distance from the beach. Our family enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to rebook.

We really enjoyed our time at this location. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, and communication from Amy was excellent. The instructions for everything were great as well, including how to get in and out with backup plans, internet and TV connections, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Great family trip

Beautiful property. Condo pictures are accurate and the kitchen was well supplied with utensils, plates, etc. Shrt walk to the beach and just a few doors down from a pool. Kingston plantation is a great place for extended family to vacation together and still have space with individual condos. Would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect place for my family. 3 kids age ranging 5 to 9. The property was great so close to the pool and the beach. We had such a great time and will definitely be back again. Amy was amazing to communicate with.

Nice location. Felt very safe in gated community. Unit was clean and comfortable. Unit is right beside pool so in the summer that's great. Short walk to beach. Chairs and boogie boards already in unit and free to use were nice. Owners were great to work with. Would stay again.

Great stay at Kingston Plantation!

We enjoyed our week at the condo! The resort is just beautiful and well maintained. Beach is an easy 5 minute walk past a pond with ducks, which our kids enjoyed feeding. The pool is very clean and just steps away from the condo. The bathrooms and kitchen are updated and stocked with the necessities. The floor plan was ideal for us-a family with young children. Amy, the owner, was wonderful to work with. We met so many nice people on our trip and can't wait to come again next year!

Comfortable and convenient

I had a very enjoyable stay in this property while I was at Kingston for a professional conference. It is very well provisioned with amenities like a Keurig, a functioning washer/ dryer (that actually will dry things in a timely manner), and good quality pillows. Beds were very comfortable and everything is in good condition. Owners were very responsive to communications. The only thing I would alert the owners to is that the lower rack on the dishwasher pops loose when you try and load it. That minor element aside, this is a very nice option for a stay at Kingston, convenient to the conference centers and to the beach.
