We apologized countless times then, and again we apologize for the inconvenience for the few hours I had to be in the unit to finish up with housekeeping matters. Nashville had been through severe winter weather which had not allowed our housekeeper to make it to work that day so I had to jump in unexpectedly. The unit is quite spacious so my presence was minimal. The groceries were all put away, and in fact you all were at the bar enjoying a couple cheese plates and wine. There were a few finishing things I wanted to do such as mop so as a nice gesture, Bill offered for everyone to go to our spacious PH unit next door for a bit to hang out, play pool, etc in which everyone happily agreed. That's where my good ends. Shortly after your friend Stephanie returns with another friend and quite litterally without beating around the bush begins to badger me repetitively. When will I be finished? I've wasted over 2 hours of your time together and you hardly ever see each other (you were never apart). Why do I not have a back up housekeeper and don't I know how to run a business? (How dare she!). I can only say I'm sorry, I really appreciate your patience, I understand, to these type statements or shall I really say abuse for so long. "This is my home, I can come and go as I please" was never said and certainly not by Bill. I told Stephanie these units are our homes and we don't have to do this (take the abuse). Guess you had to be there. As far as us leaving and then knocking later. These are old buildings that echo. We were in the back doing other things and heard along with other people in the building the very untrue things being said while you all were "venting" while intoxicated. Your response was that it's how you all "deal" with Stephanie and have for 20 years. Barclay posted on VRBO FB that Bill is a "creeper". I'm sorry she felt that way after being asked to leave due to your parties conduct. Again, we are sorry for the small inconvenience of the housekeeping issue that could not be helped due to Mother Nature, but I will not apologize for my husband Bill defending me from the verbal abuse and disrespect. We go above and beyond for our guests which our reviews reflect so this experience was quite a shock. We have the right to ask you to leave. Sadly, you who wrote and even quoted this was not present for the majority of it and your account of events and quotes by Bill are simply untrue and bizarre. Best of luck in the future.
