This quintessential 2BD/2BA Beach & Barber Tract cottage offers a functional single story floor plan with tall ceilings in the family room, hardwood floors, fireplace, new appliances and comfortable furnishings. Brand new central A/C unit installed May 2020.

Total of 1300 sq ft. Master bedroom has king bed with adjacent private master bathroom. Second bedroom has queen bed; living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen and large family room with LCD TV, cable and internet. Private patios offer outdoor dining, a gas grill and plenty of space to lounge. Patio is directly accessible from MBR, Dining Room and Family Room.

Only four short blocks to the beach. View of the ocean from the front living room and entry patio. Private, off-the street parking. This great Village location is close to fantastic restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
