Come vacation in our great home Brians Beach Pad, located in Old Town Ocean City! 3 Bedroom ocean block house with a great deck with retractable awning

Modern kitchen featuring granite counters, tile floors, LED lighting, glass top stove, built-in microwave, and tons of cabinet storage.

The primary bathroom has a large custom-tiled walk-in shower

The primary bedroom features 2 full-sized beds, ceramic tile flooring, a ceiling fan, led lighting, and a full bathroom.

Bedroom 2 has a full-sized bed, tile flooring, ceiling fan, and led lighting

Bedroom 3 has a full bed, ceiling fan, tile floors and led lighting.

The second full bathroom is between bedrooms 2 and 3 and features tile floors, a commode, a sink and a walk-in shower.

Oversized washer and dryer are also in the cottage, for your convenience.

Pets welcome case by case with prior approval. $100 per pet fee will apply.

Staying downtown is wonderful. You can park your car for the entire week. Ride bikes on the boards in the mornings, and relax on the beach during the days. When you get hungry, you just walk up to the boards for your Thrashers fries, gelato, or ice cream, have a hand-tossed pizza, eat some shrimp and oysters, enjoy the locally brewed beers at Backshore Brewery, or send the kids to the arcade. All within 2 blocks.

The shower on the deck is a semi-private, outdoor hot and cold shower, perfect for cleaning off after a day on the beach.

We are conveniently located on 11th St, Ocean Block. You can sit on our covered deck and relax, or walk 2 blocks to the Boardwalk to join in the action. Numerous restaurants, shops, bars, and activities are right around the corner. Your reservation comes with 1 off-street parking space- additional spaces are available for rent weekly on a private lot directly next door- I can put you in touch with the lot attendant.

Its a great location for people looking to enjoy all that downtown OC and the boardwalk has to offer. Walking, running, biking, and rollerblading are some of the great morning activities that can be enjoyed on the boards in the mornings

What a wonderful property and location! Couldn’t beat the accessibility to everything!

We were so lucky to find this place! The cottage is in the heart of downtown and we were able to get around easily on foot or bike to everything we wanted. The place had all supplies we needed for making a nice meal or relaxing on the cozy couches and watching TV. It was very convenient to have our own washer/dryer in our place! We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watch the ppl and activities outside. The best part of all was the short walk to the beach! I would recommend to anyone...it’s great if you just want a short weekend away to recharge your batteries or if you want to do a longer family vacation! Relax and enjoy🏖😊🎶🍹🌞

Location ideal but the physical condition was very disturbing. It was so dirty and smelled like fish that I had to go from room to room cleaning and disinfecting. The furniture and beds were in poor condition and dirty.Bunk beds were unsafe with ceiling fan inches from top mattress. Kitchen ill equipped and not enough for the 7 of us. This would be ideal for college kids but not for a family.

Way overpriced

I was very disappointed with this rental. Not what I thought it would be for that price. Place was run down, not cleaned well and in poor condition. Furniture looked about 20+ years old and worn out. Most of the blinds were broken or falling apart. Minimal kitchen supplies and not cleaned well. Front porch “awning” was a former sail and did not cover the porch completely and the place had absolutely no landscaping. The owners however were very nice and helpful and did try to right what’s was wrong but still a sad looking place. Rest of properties on street were clean and well kept... at least from the outside. Could really be a cute rental but needs major overhaul. Again way overpriced!

Great vacation

The house we rented was perfect for us and our 2 dogs. Brian, the property manager, was very friendly and easy going. Just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. This is the first trip where my boyfriend and I included our children, grandchildren from both sides. It was a great week!

Mini vacation

I booked this property a day and a half before going and had confirmation within hours. The property owner was very nice, he had referrals for dining, supplied bicycles for riding and practically everything we needed to settle right in. The rental itself was great for our family of 4, roomy and spacious with complete kitchen and laundry room. We were located only 2 blocks from the boardwalk and beach. Dining and entertainment were conveniently located. We had a wonderful time on our mini vacation. Would recommend to any one especially if you have a pet.

Little Cottage by the Ocean

The owner, Brian and property manager, Bob, were the nicest people. The house itself was clean but the twin beds and double full size beds definitely need new mattresses. It was like sleeping on a 3" mattress over cement blocks. Other than that, it was well maintained and all essentials (except paper products) were supplied. Loved that they had beach chairs and bikes available to use. Just wished we had more sunny days than the leftover of TS Gordon on Sat/Sun and the incoming H. Florence Thurs. We could still walk the boardwalk! Next time we come we will be sure it is not during "Bikers Week"!!! Thank you again Brian & Bob.

Excellent location, 1 block from the beach!! Property Manager lives literally right behind the house so if we had any issues that needed to be addressed, he was right there at all times to handle them! House is a pretty good size; fit my family of 10 comfortably. Everything works in the kitchen. The only downsides I would give and the reason im giving only 4 starts instead of 5, would be that the back door came off track quite a few times so that was annoying having to continue fixing as we had kids onsite. The other issue was that the half bathroom is basically just a toilet in a very small closet (no room really to sit comfortably)..other than that, great stay! Bob, the Property Manager, was real cool! Was there whenever we needed him and even let us cook on his grill when we wanted to grill out! He was also able to recommend places to eat in the area with us being out-of-towners. Great customer service! Would definitely stay again!!

Way over priced - dissappointment for our family

Check out the reviews, the good ones are from 2014 to 2016. I dont think they did anything since then. The nice pic of the front porch with the cover, nope an old tarp with tons of holes and tearss, no place to cover from rain, outdoor shower, did not work and only had hot water coming out in drops, it was alwful, grill was old and not cleaned, place was dirty, sofas have stains everywhere, I cleaned the whole place the first two hours upon arriving...we left it cleaner than when we arrived. Never touched the blankets or pillows there. Shower was gross. Dog hair everywhere, The whole street has cute houses except for this one. Pics online are not updated. For the cost of one week rental in summer time they could use that to fix the place up. AC barely worked in Living Room...oh and you only get a Netflex channels...not real TV/Cable. Tables were dirty. We only had 5 adults and two kids and it was a struggle. No AC in the small bedroom off of Living Room you have to leave door open and same for the single bedroom. With just a little bit of effort you could make this really nice. Shows how lazy owner is...I am embrassed I paid as much as I did for this place. VRBO should not endorse this rental.

good location, but cottage in need of repair

The pictures on the web site do show what is in the cottage but what the pictures don't show is the condition of the cottage. A lot of the slats in the blinds were broken, the one full length mirror in the cottage was cracked and dangerous, the bin in the refrig was also cracked and broken and was dangerous, window screens were ripped or none there, hole in the closet wall, broken tiles, broken slider screen and slider door did not lock. The TV only worked 20% of the time, spent most of the time trying to reboot and reconnect to the service to use for that 20%. The living room furniture was ok but new covers would help. The deck outside is great as long as it doesn't rain as there are numerous holes in the sail that is used as an awning. The outdoor shower had no water pressure and was on the moldy side, and the only form of seating was a picnic table that I had to hammer down some nails that were sticking up on the seat. Again, this cottage had a nice location and could be a nice rental if it where fixed and cleaned up. I do have to say that the owner and the manager did answer my phone calls and tried to make some fixes. But, the place needs more than a quick fix.

More than satisfied

Me and 8 other friends stayed in this cottage for our senior week. We were immediately met by the property manager, Bob, who might be the coolest, nicest person we've met in awhile. We got one parking spot on the side of the house and whichever cars had to be parked in the back with a fee for the week. The house was perfect for our group and with an outdoor shower it made everything a lot easier. The porch was more than ideal for the late night hanging out. The inside had spacious rooms with a nice couch and tv in the living room. The kitchen is amazing for a one week stay. The distance from the cottage to the boardwalk is no more than a 2 minute walk. We also had the opportunity to meet the property's owner who was also a very cool and relaxed guy. We will be more than willing to stay here and you'd be very dumb to overlook this place.

Prime location

This place was in the ideal location. Far enough from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk but close enough to stroll every night. I really liked that it was also a couple of minutes to walk to the beach. For the amount that we paid for Labor Day weekend and the location, it was a good deal.

A great beach house only 1 1/2 blocks from the Boardwalk!

Just spent two wonderful weeks here to celebrate my birthday. It was the perfect house for us. We had guests come for overnight and there was plenty of room. The location is ideal! We were assisted by the property manager who directed us to The Best Crab Place on 15th. We hardly needed to use our car. Fun, fun, fun. I would gladly spend another Ocean City vacation here.

Great stay despite Joaquin

We arrived and were immediately greeted by the property manager named Bob who walked us through the house and asked if we had any questions. He was very polite and asked that if we needed anything, give him a call and he would take care of it. He also graciously let us use his private parking lot as we had a few cars that we brought with us, something he didn't have to do I may add. The property was very clean and had everything that we needed. washer, dryer, dishwasher, blender, big refrigerator, etc etc. tvs in every room were a very nice touch and the outdoor patio was a fantastic addition. We loved every minute of our stay and had zero problems, Bob and Brian can attest to that because of their lack of phone calls from us! If you treat it right, they'll treat you right! I will definitely be back!

Friendly management, great access

A group of us stayed here for a week in June. We were created by the property manager who was great to us, anything we needed he got us. The owner was very friendly to work with. Everything worked great, comfortable and cozy. We had no problems whatsoever ever. There was a great front porch we were able to hang out on. The neighbors and neighborhood were also a pleasure. We will definitely rent from them again!

GREAT BEACH COTTAGE, walk to everything, AWESOME front porch

I stayed in this cute beach house with my parents, 2 sisters and 2 small dogs. It is a very nice house with brand new kitchen, we had the blender working overtime :) We loved the covered front deck for happy hours and outside dinners. If you have bikes, bring them and leave your car parked for your stay (We biked or walked to beach, bay, shopping and restaurants - EVERYTHING you would need for a great week in O.C. is within walking/bike distance) The Ocean City bus stop is less than a block away too. Outside shower was a PLUS when coming back from the beach, nothing like an outside shower. We plan to come back again next year, thanks for a wonderful beach vacation prior to returning to the grind

Had a wonderful week at the beach with my family

My name is Pepper and I am a Cocker Spaniel - stayed here for a week with my family and really enjoyed myself. So nice to be allowed to travel and stay in such a convenient location with my family. Very friendly Neighbors - close to beach and an easy walk to the Bay. Has a perfect place for my human Daddy to store his mobility scooter safely. Private off street parking was also a plus. The kitchen was well equipped for 7 people with 2 brand new sets of silverware. Loved sitting on the deck and watching the world go by.... Very much hoping to be able to return again in the future.

Great Beach House

I brought 7 teenagers to this awesome little beach house. Enough room for everyone, great modern kitchen, T.V.s in every room. A block and a half away from the boardwalk. Awesome picnic table on the front porch for family dinners. Convenient outside shower and a very helpful onsite property manager who has lived in Ocean City for 25 years. Thank You !!

Great place to stay!

Everything about this house was great. Good location, quality price and a place to park your car for the week. I stayed here with 8 other people and there was plenty of space for everyone. It also had some unique features, including a personal grill, a tv in each room and an installed speaker system. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

I just stayed here with 8 of my friends and didnt have a problem with anything except a few ants here and there but thats every shore house and nothing to be worried about. Its a very spacious one floor house and very close to the beach which was nice. There also only a couple block away from the boardwalk and right by brass balls which was an awesome bar and had great food. It was nice to have an awesome bar in walking distance. Id stay at this place again anytime.

Great place to stay!

Location of this house is wonderful- the walk to the beach was shorter than expected and since the boardwalk is between the house and the beach it was easy to choose from a variety of places to eat. The free parking is a huge plus especially if you're traveling with several cars that need to park close by. Definitely recommend this house for anyone with a medium sized group (we had 10 people staying at the house altogether). House is bright and comfy with lots of sleeping options. AC worked great too! Owners were prompt with emails and responded to all my questions without a problem. It was relaxing to eat breakfast outside on the porch in the mornings. Would definitely rent again in the future, thanks!
