We stayed for Oceans Calling 2026 (RIP). Location is perfect. Walkable to all our favorite OC bars and only like 5 minute walk to 2 festival entrances. The unit is spacious and feels like a family home (in a good way!). A/c was good, beds comfy, and the covered parking is the cherry on top. Will stay again when in the area for sure.

We had a great stay here! The location is perfect. We were able to walk to the beach and boardwalk every day. The condo is clean and the owner was very easy to communicate with as needed throughout our stay

Great location at the Inlet!

The property was in a great location for the 4th of July weekend. We had enough room for all of us and the condo was well appointed. We could walk to the beach and the Boardwalk, which was key during the busy holiday weekend!

Great location

Our first time in a condo. We usually get a whole house, but were pleasantly surprised. Well kept place and a short stroll to everything

Excellent Vacation Spot!

All in all an excellent experience. I had messaged Bryan prior to booking to confirm some questions that I had and he got right back within an hour and was super helpful. The house was exactly as advertised and couldn’t have been in a better location for our family gathering. 10 out of 10 I would stay here again!
