Perfect for 2 couples and their kids or 4 golfing buddies! Private pool setting just steps from the back deck (pool #19) with two of the complexes largest pools both within walking distance (Olympic lap pool #20 and largest pool #21).

Remodeled and upgraded, fully equipped with everything you need! Large laundry room too.

RENTAL INCLUDES FULL USE OF COUNTRY CLUB AMENITIES: updated fitness center, racquetball courts, tennis courts, all Club House and golf privileges. Palm Springs perfection

Every year our group of college girlfriends meets in Palm Springs for a much needed get away. The Sults property was the perfect place for us to stay with the best part being the close location to the pool. The beds are all huge and comfy and plenty of kitchen gadgets to have us making our meals to perfection!

Great Family Get Away

Great property in a convenient location. House is well suited to to families or groups with ample space and comfortable furnishings. Well stocked kitchen with all cooking utensils. Bathrooms stocked with nice Aveeno products. Steps away from the pool. Highly recommended.

Great family get away

Overall a great stay with 6 adults. Condo is as per pictures on the VRBO site and it was well stocked. Desert Falls is a nice complex with many activities. The only minor issue was that the pool and hot tub closest to this condo was not being heated and both were quite cold. We went to the next closest hot tub and it was heated.

The house was very clean, supplied as noted in the posting. Owner was very easy to communicate with and provided very clear info on the property. It was great to have a pool and hot tub basically outside the back door. I would certainly recommend staying here and would stay again.

All about the pool

Just as advertised, clean, large condo for a multi-generational family holiday. Pool access just across the lawn from the patio a big plus. The owner was easy to communicate with. Easy access to all areas in the Palm Desert area.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The house was clean, spacious, and with all the amenities you would need for a longer stay. The facilities at the country club were available and we made use of the pool, fitness, and pickle ball facilities. The host was very communicative and responsive with a few small questions we had about the property. Would definitely rent here again!

We loved the ground floor, and the patio spaces in front and back. It was great to walk out of the patio and over to the pool. It was also nice to have everything stocked in the kitchen to be able to cook. Thanks for a great stay!

Palm Desert at its best!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The property is nicely furnished and very spacious. The home is right next to one of the many pools on the property, which was a huge hit with our daughters. 5 stars. We will definitely be back!

Spacious and Well Situated

We often vacation in Palm Desert in January, so have rented lots of condos over the years. This one is unusually spacious and well laid out. The complex is very nice and the pool is just steps from the back door. The host is a good, responsive communicator. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed it immensely.

We had a terrific time at this house. Beautiful property in upscale gated golf community. The house is large (3 bedrooms) and well furnished. Pool and hot tub are steps from the back patio. The owners are exceptionally responsive through the VRBO platform. Perfect for a family getaway to the desert.

This was a lovely, updated, single-story condo with a great location near the pool. Our family fit nicely in the large living space and bedrooms. Mary was great to work with and got us all the information we needed very quickly. We'd love to stay again.

We love the private atmosphere with no neighbors above or below us, away from the golf course and closely located to the 3 largest pools in the entire complex. The mountain views and private court yard are simply gorgeous so what is there not to love?!
