Beautiful Ground Level 3 Bed/2 Bath Las Palmas Condo Near Pool

This condo has all the amenities of home. Beautiful main floor condo next to parking. Minimal walking to car and no stairs to deal with. Right next to one of the pools and very close to the other pool. Vaulted ceilings. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Sleeps 6 in beds. Porta crib is available including high chair and baby monitor for close proximity to pool. Free wifi. Large kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and fully stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. Kitchen table seats 4 as is but opens up to a round table that seats 6-8. Large family room/living area with TV, DVD/VCR. We are in building 19.
Las Palmas is a wonderful family resort featuring 2 smaller size swimming pools and hot tubs, plus access to Green Valley which has an indoor pool, Olympic size outdoor pool, kiddie pool and slide pool, also pickle ball courts. There are 2 playground areas close to the condo. Multiple golf courses nearby.

Beautiful, spacious condo that’s super close to the pool which we appreciated. It took us a bit to get into the condo when we arrived, however, Ginger was wonderful to respond to me so late and help us get in. We had a great stay and would absolutely stay here again!

This condo is very convenient and clean, on ground level. Ginger was amazing. It is spacious and about 20 feet from the pool and hottub. I recommend to everyone.

Love this place

This is our second year staying at this unit. Mr. and Mrs Tingy are excellent "landlords". The place was very clean and the complex is very clean. The condo is well stocked with all the necessities and the beds are very comfortable. The complex is close to the softball complex where we spend most of our time. Our entire team stays in these condos and we love it!! We look forward to staying here again for next years tournament.

Perfect retreat to relax and unwind

The property had everything we needed. It's so nice to have a full kitchen when you travel with your family so you don't need to eat out every meal. The condo was spacious and had a cute patio and was right next to the pool so I could let my kids go and just go check on them every once in awhile (they are good swimmers and the pool is only 4 ft deep). It also had fun old movies to watch like the Sandlot, which we really enjoyed.

We were pleased with the convenience and accessibility of this unit for my husband's wheelchair. We needed to make an important extended family visit in St. George on short notice and were so grateful to find and arrange a quality short stay property in one day. We thought the unit was very nice and very comfortable. The TV remote fell through the couch and we had to lift the couch to find it and under the couch was a mess. It hadn't been cleaned in awhile. There needs to be instructions on how to operative the TV, too. We had to call the hosts to get help. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Condo

I absolutely love this condo. Very spacious, very clean, and they supply more than you’d expect which was a pleasant surprise. I have found the condo that I will be staying at when I come down to Sunny St.George. Jon and Ginger are excellent hosts and easy to contact. I look forward to my next visit.

We have been coming down to St. George for several years and really wanted a place of our own. We love to hike, golf, bike, boat, swim and relax and Las Palmas in St. George has it all.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is especially nice because it is very close to one of the swimming pools making it convenient to get to the pool. It is also on the ground floor end condo so it has easy parking access and is a little quieter being on the end.
