'Mork & Mindy' is very charming with a little old Boulder "funk." This location is unbeatable in the center of Boulders most desirable area.
With wide plank wood floors, stamped tin ceilings, fantastic furnishings, and an unbelievable location pleasure will be yours during your stay.


There is also a one car off street parking 24/7 during your time here.

This irreplaceable apartment features:

When joining us you will arrive to a home which is 'rental ready' sparkling clean and complete with bath soaps, shampoos, personal paper, basic kitchen needs such as salt, pepper, coffee maker/filter and all appliances. The bed shown is a queen size however, it’s been replaced with a king. The couch shown has also been replaced by a longer neutral colored newer couch.

Wonderful quaint location

We enjoyed our stay in walkable downtown Boulder in the historic area. Comfortable bed, clean, short walk to Pearl Market area, short commute to various areas of interest, good communication, free parking space, easy check in and check out. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Great location in Boulder

This is our second stay. Enjoyed walking to hiking trails and to Pearl Street restaurants and stores. Off street parking is great perk.

So close to the action!

The location is excellent! One block from Pearl Street Mall. We spent four days in Boulder and were able to easily see many parts of the city via public transit, walking and e-bikes I would highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet place close to downtown.

Wonderful boulder respite

Convenience and comfort couldn't be beat. Only suggestion: Get some opaque (i.e. NOT see through) curtains for the living room and bedroom - folks walking to the back apt could see right in. Otherwise, a jewel.

Absolutely beautiful spot in downtown Boulder, where it’s not too noisy, and not too far fromshops!!

First of Rusty , the host, was one of the most kind nice people I’ve ever met through this app and that’s saying a lot because everyone has been very kind and nice. He was gracious and gave awesome ideas. The house is and has the most amazing wainscoting ceiling I’ve ever seen. I would say having stayed in Boulder at multiple different locations. This would be by far. !!!!! Especially for the price! -Kevin

Spectacular Place in Perfect Location! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Traveled to Boulder to reunite with an old friend, do some fishing, and enjoy the town and it’s other recreational offerings for a few days. Communication with the owner was excellent, the check-in/out process was a breeze, and the place was tremendous — clean, well furnished and equipped, and just as described and shown in the photos. We were happy to have the charcoal grill out back, and spent many hours catching up on the front porch and enjoying the cool CO air. When at the rental, we explored the neighborhood, which includes an active bar and restaurant scene and lots of retail shops within close walking distance. Whether you’re planning a getaway with your significant other, a family vacation or just a trip with a friend who doesn’t mind trading off nights on the couch, you couldn’t ask for a better place in a more perfect location.

Great location, close to downtown shops and restaurants. Lovely hikes close by.

Location is great as you are close to everything. Shops, parks, hikes. Bed good size, very comfortable. Accommodation great, kitchen good and nice and spacious. Rusty was very attentive. There is no washer dryer so you will need to get your clothes laundered.

Great Boulder Vibe!!

Loved staying in Mork & Mindy. Bigger than the pics show so great for my wife and me. Bed is SUPER comfortable! Living room very relaxing to chill out in after long hikes. Kitchen well stocked for meal prep. Porch is also so relaxing to have a beverage and watch the world go by. Will definitely stay at Rusty’s place again!! Nice Boulder vibe.

Excellent Choice

Great location, responsive property management, good value and super cool, we'll appointed place. I especially enjoyed the cozy overall feel, the iron stove and vintage bank safe in the main living space.

Great Location

The apartment is located one block away from the main street of Boulder. It's a quiet, lovely location that allow easy access to hiking and biking. The apartment is clean and has all the basics. As the description says, there is no washer/dryer or dishwasher. The only surprise was you enter into the bedroom. Sharing the porch allowed for friendly exchanges between guests. Rusty, the owner, was always available if needed.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in this place! :) It was easy to contact Rusty about anything and he was helpful in some emergency situations. The location of the place is its biggest advantage! We are going to be back next year and willprobably try to stay at the same place :)

Great location close to Pearl Street

This spot is perfect if you're looking for easy walkable access to all the shops and restaurants of Pearl Street. It's cozy, clean and quiet. Great place to rest your head after being out and about all day.
