Our home is located in the heart of Old Greenwood. The house includes 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathroom and 2 half bathrooms. The house features high ceilings throughout. Cabinets and doors are all Cherry, and the home has a very rustic feeling. Hardwood floors throughout all common areas. Granite counter tops and high-end appliances. Living room includes a massive fireplace. The house sleeps 10. Both Masters have King size beds and both guest rooms have Extra-long twin beds over a queen bed. The house is ideal for multi- family use. Back yard features both a gas and Charcoal Barbeque, table set up and lounge chairs. A great place to sit and relax.

Additional Charge for Old Greenwood Pavilion:
Pavilion access is available to guests at a daily cost.
Garage parking for one car and driveway parking for 6 or 7 cars.

We have both enjoyed spending time in the Truckee area and really liked this location. The house was completed in 2007 but had never been lived in. We have enjoyed putting the finishing touches to this house and furnishing it. We hope you enjoy staying at this house has much as we do
