OCEAN VIEW - TWO JACUZZI'S - PET FRIENDLY -BOAT/TRAILER PARKING

Welcome to your beautiful vacation home by the ocean!

You can lay in the bed on the third floor and see the ocean. You can enjoy the ocean by day and ocean breeze by night and then walk to a nearby restaurant.

The home is approximately 200 yards from the ocean! A leisurely 3 minute stroll. IF YOU HAVE STAYED WITH ME BEFORE, I WILL HONOR THE OLD PRICES..I have recently gone up a LITTLE because of the Insurance and taxes.

Every bedroom has its own private deck with an ocean view. The master bedroom has a private jacuzzi and the other jacuzzi is between the two bedrooms on the third floor.

This home is very modern and clean, and I furnish all linens including bath towels. The only things you are asked to bring are your beach towels. There are beach chairs too! Walk in and the home is VACATION READY. There is ample parking for boats, boat trailers, and several cars. If you choose to use the neighborhood boat dock it is within three minutes driving from the home. Also, you can walk to the Sheraton pier in less than four minutes. This home is a great location, the only time you will need to get in your car is to go to the grocery (five minutes driving) and do some sightseeing.

Great House & Great Location

Close to the beach and all you would need for a quiet relaxing beach vacation. Beach was very clean and our dog loved the beach and home! Close to food stores and short drive to restaurants.

The stay was great and Eve was wonderful. Location was great for beach access. Ocean view was visible from one of the upper floor decks but pretty obscured. But, that’s okay, we didn’t really care about having an ocean view. The house was nice just some minor repairs and updates are needed. Fixtures for showers and sinks needed replaced and loose tiles in master bathroom and a couple rotten boards on deck need replaced. TV remotes needed batteries. Beds were fantastic and bedrooms were nice. Kitchen was functional and worked well for our stay. The price for location was good. Again, Eve was great!

Perfect for family

Nice house close to beach. Plenty of room. Lots of stairs… ugh! lol Really worked out great for us and we were able to bring our dogs that are party of are family and insulin dependent. House needs some maintenance but was really perfect for us!

Spent an enjoyable week at this home. Location is great and within easy walking distance to beach. Quiet neighborhood to walk and bike. Relaxing small pier and kayak put in very near. Eve was attentive and answered questions quickly.

Spring Getaway

The house was perfect for a small family, wall king distance to beach, close to just about everything and yet has the feel of being off the beaten path! Eve is a wonderful host, very helpful in whatever you may need. Hope we can return again by ourselves or with extended family. Thanks so much Eve!

Great Beach House!!

We just loved our stay! Eve was great and super easy to work with! The kitchen is so well stocked with every pot and pan you could ever want and cooking utensils. Great sharp knives too! Plenty of towels! Giant master bedroom with a very comfy bed!! The upstairs bedroom s were also big with a large jack and Jill bathroom. We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful December Weekend Getaway!

A last minute trip for me and my husband to attend his daughter's College Graduation. Eve was most gracious and accomodating, especially to welcome our other family member, a 4 yr old Golden/Saluki mix. The house,is great, good location, clean and beautiful. Weather was great and we were close to everything we needed. We recommend this home which is very roomy, comfortable, feels like home. Thanks Eve and most important my husband's daughter, Jessi and our dog, Reese thank you for a special 3 days!

Relaxing Environment

We had a really nice relaxing time at Eve’s place. We had a few minor issues with ants and a couple of things that needed addressed but Eve was on top of it. We had a minor accident and my husband tripped and went to catch his self and his hand went through the wall. But Eve was extremely pleasant and nice about the situation. We would definitely stay again.

Though the weather was a little unsettled we couldn't have been happier with our rental "Summer Eve". We have rented thru VRBO several times and have had good experiences with those rentals, but Eve just went out of her way to make sure everything was ready for us and we were happy with our stay. We had our little 15 lb Bishon "Mia" with us and we like that we could close off the balconies (yes there is one for each bedroom) and not worry about her as we enjoyed the view. We hope to stay again our next trip to the Crystal Coast. You will love this place...and Eve.

Practically perfect in every way

We arrived to a spectacular property a short walk from the beach. Far enough out of town that we had quiet nights. The house is very comfortable, and the kitchen was a dream well stocked with great pots and utensils. Miss. Eve was so kind my children (teens and 22) all wanted to adopt her and bring her home. The only down we had was not always being able to get take away for dinner. What makes it practically perfect??? that we had to leave.

Thanksgiving at the beach

I rented this wonderful property for the week of Thanksgiving and it was perfect. Having never been to the NC beaches before, I wasn't sure what to expect but the house and the area were both perfect. Eve has paid attention to every detail and the house has everything that you will need. The beds are really comfortable (I checked out her mattress so that I can get the same one at home:)), there is a 65 inch TV in the living room with a DVD player and Netflix for bad weather days, you can walk right across the street to the beach, and there are huge bath tubs to take jacuzzi's in. We walked 5 miles on the beach every day with my dog, ate at some wonderful local restaurants, and I even got to take a great yoga class on Thanksgiving morning. Thanks Eve for such a wonderful home to spend the holiday in!

Great place at the beach

We enjoyed our stay so much. House was clean and such a great layout. My husband and I had the bedroom on second floor and kids and grandson had the third floor. We never bothered each other with noise. The beach was across the street and a short walk. Great short exercise to and from the beach. Owner was very great to work with. Dryer went out first day we were there and she had it fixed immediately. She also had everything in the house you could possibly need, including beach chairs and a cart to pull everything. We enjoyed our week and hopefully will be back soon.

SOUTHERN CHARM

This was without a doubt the best vacation we have ever taken. It was the hospitality and charm that Eve provided us that made it special. The house was spotless and everything was provided. All we had to do is have a good time. Walks on the beach with our dog, evenings on the pier enjoying a relaxing drink at Molly's, fine Italian dining and all within walking distance. There's alot to be said for location, location, location. This house has it all. Atlantic Beach and the surrounding areas had some of the best fireworks I'd ever seen and all from the comfort of the front porch. From now on when I here the phrase "Southern Charm" I will think of Eve and Eve's Paradise. We are already planning next years vacation at Eve's Paradise.

Best Christmas Ever!

We rented this lovely and well appointed home for 3 weeks from Ms. Eve. The house is very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen has all the amenities you could need to cook great meals and have terrific evenings in. The Jacuzzi's were fabulous. The views and sounds of the ocean in the evenings were so relaxing. Ms. Eve was very helpful to me and my husband Gabriel about planning our trip. You couldn't ask for a sweeter more helpful person than her. I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a clean, well appointed and fun rental. The bright colors and comfortable furnishings make you feel like you could be in your own home. The location is terrific. Its less than a 5 minute walk to the beach from the house, and tho it was off season there were enough restaurants and markets open near by to compensate for the time of year. I hope to come back next year to visit "Summers Eve" again! Ty Ms. Eve for the wonderful vacation and honeymoon for me and Gabriel. You are an angel ;-). Pam & Gabriel

First week of Vacation at Eve's

Eve, This was the second time I have stayed in your home and am planning on three weeks this year!!! This was the first vacation my husband and I have had alone for an entire week. ever...... We love your home:))) There is absolutely nothing we could want or need..... It is always clean, open and inviting and you always want us to call so that you're sure we made it ok. The location is wonderful, quiet, very nice neighborhood and close enough to the water.... You are the kindest and most considerate person we have ever rented from. We were able to do some site seeing, bike riding, watching movies, and of course, eating!!! lots of eating!! and can't believe I didn't turn the stove on AT ALL..... I love to cook at the beach but I'll save that for August. There are wonderful places to eat. Our favorite, Amos Mosquitos....Water Mark and The Ruddy Duck. Jeff and Melissa Smith

great size and location

It was a great house in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked but there was no fan to vent the steam or smoke from cooking. There was a fan we used backwards at the door to clear the air but it took us a day to figure that out. There were plenty of linens for the beds. We had three teenage boys in our group. Two stayed in the room with two singles and one stayed in the sun porch although it was sticky in that room. We didnt find out until a few days in that there was actually another cot in the closet of the boys room that would have made it nice for them to all set up in one room. But I guess we should have looked more closely in the closets when we go tthere. There was a note of caution about using the jacuzzi tub as the fixtures were prone to breakage and there would be a fee to fix if it broke again. That was a little unnerving so we just opted not to use it. The owner was very sweet and easily accessible so I am sure it would have been fine but we just didnt want to bother. There was plenty to do in the area. We spent days at the beach, at the aquarium, fishing on a boat and on the pier. We were not quite prepared for level of wind at this beach area. It seemed stronger than other beach towns maybe because of the southern exposure. The teens were disappointed that there was no traditional boardwalk. Atlantic Beach reports that they have one but it just a wooden walking path near the beach with housing. There is no shopping on a boardwalk that is ocean front like there is in Ocean City etc. The trade off is that there are also fewer crowds and a much more relaxed atmosphere. The town definitely shuts down around 7 pm. The adults would gladly go back again. The teens were not convinced.

Very peaceful and relaxing
