We bought the New Years week due to the amazing weather which is perfect at this time in Cabo, sunny but not too hot and always a cool breeze. From our balcony you can see Gray Whale pods migrating constantly through the week. We have one of the best positioned Presidentials because we are only 100 steps from the Sky Pool, which is the best pool at PBSB in my opinion. Sunsets are so amazing from the Sky Pool that people collect every evening to applaud as the sun dips down leaving a gorgeous paint splash on the horizon and few dotted clouds left in the night something to behold. We normally like our Suite's location so much, that our son and other family friends cannot wait to come back, but we have been there for 5 years running and need a fresh new destination to keep our lives interesting, so we are going to rent this year.
Why they chose this property
PRESIDENTIAL (Sleeps 8; 4 Beds/2 baths) with a huge walk-out balcony, 180 view of Pacific Ocean and 8-man hot tub on balcony. Full kitchen (with stove & microwave, but no stove, but who needs one!), living room and full indoor dining and outdoor dining table areas. One super comfortable king size bed in the Master Bedroom with Full Bathroom, shower/oversized luxury tub, and two large Queen beds in the other private wing bedroom. In addition, a sofa bed is available in the living room which is surprisingly comfortable (I know, I've used it). The 2,100 sqf Presidential (including 400 sqf terrace) is about three times the size of the Junior Suite! There is also has a jetted bathtub in the master bathroom.
