Costco, Walmart, FRESKO and the new Soriana (a gourmet grocery store) are very close if you need anything and/or wish to cook your own meals in the fully-equipped kitchen (coffee & kitchen supplies included) or grill on the patio. Our eco-friendly, PRIVATELY OWNED (no sale’s pitch here), tranquil oasis is very comfortable for up to 7 guests. Travertine marble floors, Flat Screen Smart TVs, A/C, granite countertops, coffee bar, HUGE BALCONY, bathroom amenities, ceiling fans, brand new washer/dryer and large pantry are just some of the many wonderful features this unit offers, but the OUTSTANDING VIEWS are what makes this villa one of the best in Cabo.

Everything was exactly as expected, and the resort was wonderful. This was our second time at Estancia and hope to return many time. We absolutely love Villa La Estancia and try to go as often as we can. Tom & Kathy live most of the year in Colorado and have been visiting Cabo for many years, especially during whale season. We have 3 boys, Chris (38), Braden (23) and Alexander (19), two grandsons and we truly enjoy the outdoors and all of the wonderful things the mountains and ocean have to offer.

Why they chose this property

The Ocean-Front Villa Group Properties offer everything you need so you don't really even have to leave the resort. But, if you wish to explore, this great location on swimmable Medano Beach is only a short walk or cab ride to the hustle & bustle of downtown Cabo, world-class cuisine, the Marina with all kinds of ocean activity offerings and numerous restaurants, luxury & touristy shopping, and much more. Additionally, we are a very short ride to Costco, the new Soriana, Walmart and FRESKO La Comer, a gourmet grocery store with everything you could possibly want. Only about 40 minutes from SJD International Airport, we believe the Villa Group Properties are in the BEST location in Cabo San Lucas.

Our unit is unique in that you can see the Pacific Ocean, Sea of Cortez and Land's End Rock formation from every room. It is also well-appointed with everything you would need in a home away from home, comfortable furniture, 3 King Beds and beautiful decor. We predict you will be spending a lot of time on our expansive, comfortable balcony enjoying sounds of the ocean and views to die for. Villa La Estancia is a premier destination in Cabo San Lucas, earning a 'Top 5' rating on TripAdvisor for many years now. The staff is unmatched at our resort and excellent service is available around the clock. With VLE's All-Inclusive package, you have access to all restaurants on the three properties, some of which are Cabo's best-rated like La Casona. Also, the Resort property uses sustainable practices and we work hard to make our Villa Eco-Friendly with Energy Smart Appliances, a separate recycle bin, refillable soap & shampoo dispensers, LED lightbulbs, reusable dishes and coffee filters, separate A/C thermostats in every room and ceiling fans both inside and on the balcony. The A/C automatically turns off when any door to the outside is open. Cabo offers amazing weather and air conditioning is often unnecessary for most of the year.
