The cabin has easy beach access and offers amazing views of the glaciers, mountains, wildlife ,Kachemak Bay and The Homer Spit.

Great place to stay in Homer. Near Split and Bishop Beach. Signage to cabin could be improved from road and we weren't sure which cabin A or B was ours. Cabin itself was very nice, clean and well stocked. View of bay and glacier was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely beautuiful. The view is breathtaking. The cabin is as charming as it gets. The location is great, easy access to everything Homer. We would definitely recommend this place to anybody considering it.

Property was well appointed - pretty much everything you need in a kitchen was available. The views were stunning, and it was easy to find. Grateful that it was just outside of town. Perfect place for a short visit. Spotted plenty of eagles, and seal during the low tide. Would definitely recommend to others

Wow…if you are looking for a place to truly unwind and relax, this is it. We adored the cabin, it was super clean and cozy. The views were so spectacular, it almost didn’t look real. Close enough to Homer Spit to spend time going through all the shops, or catching an excursion. But, our favorite activity by far was taking walks on the beach in the morning and evening when it was low tide. We viewed so many birds, eagles and even some sea otters far out. My hubby enjoyed seeing the boats get lowered from the dock. If you are looking for a quiet romantic spot…you will love it here.

Cabin was nice and clean and comfortable. They need better signage or provide actual address. Due to a miscommunication with the owner the check in was a nightmare. They state there are spaces for a boat. Our son joined us with his truck and raft trailer. He thought he might stay in his truck on site with his two dogs. Owner arrived and went ballistic. Accused us of trying to screw her, called us names even after son said, no problem he would go somewhere else. After she checked in a couple in the next cabin she proceeded to come to the front door and continue to harass us. She was not capable of listening and understanding anything we said to her. We have rented VRBOs across the country and have never had an owner/manager who was this rude and unresponsive. She came close to ruining our day and our stay in Homer.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're glad you found the cabin clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. We'd also like to provide some context for future guests. During your stay, Kachemak Drive was under construction, and our directional signs had been temporarily removed while the road was being paved. We understand this made locating the property more difficult, and we apologize for that inconvenience. Regarding the boat parking, our listing states that boat parking is available a short distance from the cabins and that arrangements should be made in advance. Since then, we've updated our listing to make this even clearer for future guests. The reservation was made for two guests, but four people arrived along with two dogs. Our listing clearly states that pets are not permitted, and our occupancy and pet policies are in place to protect the property and ensure a positive experience for all guests. Unfortunately, these unexpected changes created a situation that needed to be addressed. We are proud to have earned over 170 positive reviews by providing a clean, welcoming place to stay. While we're disappointed this visit did not meet your expectations, we appreciate your feedback.
