Great seaview

The appartment is really nice, specially the seaview is fantastic. Just one thing: One of the beds was very uncomfortable. All furnitur was new and in a really good qualitity so that I think, they have to change one mattress.

A gem of a unit, beyond expectations

As per the pictures and more. The building may not impress but the renovated unit and its location does.Wonderful to hear and sea the waves right at your doorstep. One might might expect the Promenade to bring disruptive noises but it was a complete delight. Fabulous view, comfortable bed and great communication with Beatriz our hostess who personally met us at the unit. Close access to impressive public bus network, we took the bus from the airport. 30 minutes, 3 euros per person! Book without hesitation!

Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen, sie hat einen spektakulären Ausblick und liegt sehr zentral. Für uns war die Matratze nur sehr weich, aber das ist wohl Geschmackssache!

Nettes Apartment, vom Balkon guter Ausblick,ist aber fast überall so an der Canteras. Das Haus ist ein Geruchserlebnis aller Kulturen , da es auch ein Wohnhaus ist. Sauberes Haus, man bemüht sich. Für 1 Woche sicherlich sehr gut.

In Beatriz' Apartment stimmt alles, sehr sauber, perfekt am Las Canteras-Strand gelegen mit fantastischem Blick auf's Meer und perfekter Infrastruktur drumherum. Perfekt für alle, die Stadturlaub, Strand und auch Wandern miteinander verbinden möchten.

Super schöne Wohnung

Wohnung liegt absolut zentral, aber nicht laut, am schönen Stadtstrand von Las Palmas.Man kann zu zweit gemütlich auf dem Balkon im 4. Stock sitzen und auf die Promenade mit der tosenden Brandung schauen- traumhaft! Wohnung ist modern u gemütlich eingerichtet, der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war telefonisch u persönlich problemlos möglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

schönes Apartment in Top-Lage

Das Apartment: Das Apartment liegt im 4. Stock eines 9-stöckigen Hauses, direkt an der Uferpromenade des Strandes von Las Canteras (Las Palmas). Das Gebäude und das Apartment sind sehr gepflegt. Von dem großen und überdachten Balkon hat man einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer und kann dort auch bei schlechtem Wetter schön geschützt sitzen. Das Bad hat eine angenehm große ebenerdige Dusche. Die Waschmaschine funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Küche verfügt über einen zweiflammigen E-Herd, sowie eine Grundausstattung an Töpfen, Pfannen, Essgeschirr und Gläsern, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Einkaufen und Essen: In der Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Lokale und Supermärkte. Besonders zu empfehlen ist ein Besuch in den Markthallen und im „Edelkaufhaus“ El Corte Inglés. Beides in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Kaufhaus El Corte Inglés verfügt über einen großen Supermarkt mit toller Auswahl, insbesondere an Fisch und Schalentieren und ist nicht teurer als Edeka. An der Strandpromenade (auf das Meer guckend links) gibt es einen sehr guten Bäcker, der (ungewöhnlich für den Süden) sogar so etwas wie Vollkornbrot hat und leckeren Kuchen. Die Preise in den Restaurants sind günstiger als in Hamburg. Die Preise in den Cafés deutlich günstiger (2 Milchkaffee und zwei Wasser ca. 6,- €). Umgebung: Unmittelbar vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Bucht, in der man baden und schnorcheln kann. Beim Baden sollte man auf die Flut warten, weil man anderenfalls über die Steine/Felsen gehen muss. Die Bucht ist, verglichen mit anderen Stränden (etwa Maspalomas) durch ein vorgelagertes Riff geschützt. Der Strand ist knapp 3km lang und besteht aus einer Mischung aus schwarzem und goldenem Sand mit spektakulärem Farbspiel. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind geradezu magisch. Ausflüge: Zum Felsmonument Roque Nublo fährt man mit dem Auto ca. 1:10. Nach Maspalomas mit den spektakulären Dünen ist man über die Inselautobahn in 0:45 da. Einen Kleinwagen inkl. Vollkasko, Klimaanlage und Navi kann man für einen Tag ab 50,- € mieten, für eine Woche ab 120,- € (Autovermieter Cicar, 5 Min. Fußweg). Den Wagen muss man abends im nahe gelegenen Parkhaus abstellen (15,- pro Nacht oder 70,- € pro Woche), ansonsten ist fast überall nur „Anliegerparken“ vorgesehen. Die Vermieterin: Die Vermieterin Beatriz hat uns viele sehr nützliche Tipps (Autovermietung, Restaurants, Ausflugsmöglichkeiten) gegeben und antwortet stets sehr schnell auf mails, in der Regel innerhalb weniger Stunden. Großartig

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Für 2 Erwachsene ausreichend. Der Balkon mit dem Blick auf das Meer war unbeschreiblich. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Beatriz war super. Sie hat uns sehr viel geholfen für unseren Urlaubsaufenthalt. Wir mussten uns um nichts kümmern! Emplacement idéal à Las Palmas

L'appartement est petit mais suffisant pour 3 personnes et surtout très bien placé. A quelques pas vous trouverez la plage et pourrez vous baigner ou visiter la ville de Las Palmas. L'environnement est très agréable et très calme. Nombreux restaurants et commerces à proximité immédiate. Beatriz est une hôte très réactive et disponible.

Super Appartment

Das Appartment liegt in bester Lage am Stadtstrand von Las Palmas.Toller Meerblick und mitten im Leben. Strandurlaub und Großstadtleben sind wunderbar zu verbinden. Das Appartment ist sehr sauber, wie übrigens die gesamte Appartmentanlage. Die Ausstattung ist für 2 Personen optimal. Die Informationen der Vermieterin im Vorfeld waren sehr hilfreich und auf besondere Wünsche wurde umgehend eingegangen. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Gerne werden wir bei Gelegenheit wiederkommen. Das Appartment ist aus unserer Sicht unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Well Equipped in Great Location

This property was exactly as shown in the pictures. There were no surprises. It was clean and well equipped - we were even supplied with beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella. When we were in the apartment, we spent most of our time on the balcony gazing at the fabulous view. It was generally quiet, except on Friday and Saturday evening, when the partying noise continued into the wee hours. The only downside is that the balcony doors are the only ventilation for the apartment. It would be great if the front door had an outer gate so that you could leave the front door open and still feel secure. The owner was fabulous. She explained all the features, and even sent us a list of recommended restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

What a View - breathtaking!!!

What a wonderful modern apartment with a spectatuclar view of the ocean!!! It was very clean and had everything we needed inside the apartment and for the beach. It is on the main strip so you can the strip that has many wonderful restaurants and views. Every evening the tide came up and every morning it washed away so there was amazing views, swimming and snorkelling. I'd also like to state how wonderful and quick in responses Beatriz throughout our booking and stay was. She was so hopeful and sent us many of her favourite restaurants and list of transportation of how to get around. I can't wait for our next visit!!

Tolles APARTMENT direkt am Stadtstrand

Wir hatten super Urlaubstage in diesem schönen, modernen Apartment direkt an der Promenade des Stadtstrandes. Vom Balkon schaut man direkt aufs Meer und Nachts wird man von der Brandung in den Schlaf gesungen. Die Vermieterin Beatriz ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Empfehlung!
