For private use: natural land of 3500 hectares, swimming pool with interior steps, outdoor shower, ping-pong table, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. View of a hill planted with trees. No direct neighbours. The swimming pool is protected by an electric curtain in accordance with the European security laws.

Our 2nd visit, having stayed 10 years ago. The house and grounds were just as pretty as we remembered, and a great settings for a family holiday. Our hosts were lovely. We may go back in another 10 years!

Peaceful oasis.

Great property. A lot of space inside and outside. Bathrooms OK but challenging for 8 people or more. Could use more towels and changes of sheets. We paid 10 euros per set of sheets and 2 towels each. Should be included in the price. Who travels with their sheets? Pleanty of games, great pool. Would prefer a gas grill to the charcoal, which would be better given the risk of wild fire. Notwithstanding these comments, a great rental!

Séjour reposant

Une maison parfaite, au calme, et avec un extérieur magnifique et très appréciable. Le gîte est très bien aménagé, dehors comme dedans. Nous n’avons manqué de rien et l’hôte a été très disponible en amont pour répondre à nos questions. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons fortement ce gîte.

Vi havde en dejlige uge og nød freden samt poolen meget. Værterne Annie og hendes mand var fantastiske. Det eneste minus var at det blev meget varmt om natten uden Air condition

Lieu adapté au regroupement familial annuel

La propriété est bien adaptée pour recevoir plusieurs couple . A Pâques il fait trop frais pour profiter de la piscine mais la propriété et son espace vert sont suffisamment vastes pour ne pas ressentir le besoin d'aller visiter à l'extérieur . Les jeux mis à disposition ont permis de passer un bon moment avec les enfants et petits enfants .La propriétaire est bien sympa

Au top!

On vient de passer une superbe semaine. On était 2 familles avec des enfants entre 9 et 16 ans. L’accueil par Anne et son mari était chaleureux. On a reçu tous les infos nécessaire et ils restaient toujours dispo si besoin. On a tellement profité de la terrasse, la piscine, la table ping-pong, la piste de pétanque,… La maison est très bien située au calme avec supermarché et boulangerie à 2 - 3km. En plus très bonne connexion pour visiter Aix et Marseille. 10/10 Yves

Urlaub an der franz. Mittelmeerküste

Wir waren mit zwei Familien (insgesamt 6 Kinder im Alter von 3- 17 Jahren) für eine Woche auf dem Anwesen zu Gast. Die Größe des Anwesens sowie die optische und akustische Abtrennung zu den Nachbaranwesen hatte etwas beruhigendes und freiheitsfühlendes an sich. Die Größe des Hauses, der Zustand sowie die Sauberkeit waren/ sind top. Der Pool ist groß, sauber und ausreichend tief (> 2,00 m). Die restlichen Einrichtungen, der Garten sowie die Hilfsmittel waren alle top. Kurz zusammengefasst: Wir würden es jedem empfehlen und immer wiederkommen.

Maison idéale pour grande famille ou groupe d’amis

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans ce bien d’exception, au calme, sans avoir peur de déranger ou d’être dérangé. L’extérieur est le gros + de cette maison, nous y avons passé tout notre temps autour de la piscine ou sous la terrasse couverte par des vignes. Les prestations proposées sont au rdv et nous avons eu du mal à quitter la maison. Je recommande a 100%. Merci encore Anne.

Propriété fantastique en été !

Superbe propriété avec grand terrain arboré clos, grande piscine, magnifique terrasse avec un plafond végétal en vigne servant de protection solaire...ping pong, boulodrome... Deux réfrigérateurs, c est super quand on est 8. Bonne literie Propriétaires très a l écoute. Un rafraîchissement des chambres à l étage serait à prévoir (mobilier et style ancien) mais l été on vit dehors. Villa à recommander.

Super Vacances En Provence dans un espace paradisiaque

La maison est magnifique et très spacieuse! Nous étions 5 au total et nous nous sommes tous merveilleusement plu dans ce bel endroit entouré d’oliviers et de cigales! Nous avons bien profité de la piscine tous les jours. La maison est très bien située pour les visites (Env. a 20 minutes de Aix en Provence et Env. à 20 Minutes de Marseille). Merci à Anne et son mari pour le très chaleureux accueil! Vacances à refaire au plus vite

UN PARC EXCEPTIONNEL AVEC UNE ÂME

Le lieu est exceptionnel, fidèle aux photos et au descriptif, avec un supplément d'âme. Découvrir les petits sentiers de Valfrais parfumés d'herbes sauvages, au son des cigales, fut un plaisir pour petits et grands, se rafraîchir sous la douche extérieure sous les oliviers, nager dans la belle piscine ou se reposer autour fut un réel bonheur. Nous avons aussi apprécié les espaces de jeux ( ping pong, boulodrome). La grande terrasse ombragée, la maison spacieuse permet à une grande famille d'être parfaitement à l'aise. La situation de la propriété est idéale pour visiter Aix, Marseille et les alentours, se rendre à la mer en peu de temps. Les propriétaires nous ont conseillé le Mucem (entre autres) dont nous avons énormément apprécié l'architecture et l'exposition du moment. Nous n'avons pas pu faire tout ce dont nous avions envie. Ce sera pour une autre fois ! avec le plaisir de revoir les propriétaires qui ont été à notre écoute.

Wonderful villa with incredible outdoor space

We have just returned from a sublime week at the villa and can't recommend it enough! We were friends (4 adults and 5 children) and already plotting to return next year. What makes the Villa so special is its outside setting and facilities - its is set in hugely private and extensive grounds with keys to a gate to the forest, a walk along a canal to an excellent bakery, and a feeling of space, privacy and serenity. The pool is gorgeous, lit up at night for night swimming, automatically cleaned and so easy to keep an eye on kids from the terrace or kitchen area. I organised the week for friends as a reunion and a little nervous as to whether it would live up to the photos (as the organiser) but I have to say that it is even better in 'real life' than the photos! As others have mentioned there are no close by dining options, but with a BBQ and gorgeous vine covered terrace it is hard to want to leave. Although 30 mins to Marseilles and Aix en Provence for day trips and culture which we enjoyed very much. It is hard to fault the property - tiny suggestion would be to leave out store cupboard of previous guests oils/coffee items as we had to buy all fresh but a really tiny point. Ann, the owner, was lovely - really easy to deal with from Australia and responsive and great communications. You won't regret a holiday here!!! Look forward to returning!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans ce lieu idyllique, tout y est, le calme, les cigales, la piscine, le barbecue et même le terrain de pétanque. Madame Boitel est une hôte parfaite, disponible, aux petits soins et très agréable. Réservez les yeux fermés !

Un excellent foyer pour les fêtes de fin d'année !

Nos trois garçons ont pu se défouler dehors pendant que nous nous rechauffions au coin du feu ! Les chambres sont adaptées à plusieurs couples avec enfants et la décoration éclectique nous fait voyager dans le temps et l'espace. La colline à été aménagée et permet de belles promenades digestives. Vous allez adoré !

Excellent séjour dans cet écrin magique

Le lieu et le jardin sont absolument magnifiques et très bien entretenus. C'est un havre de paix très agréable pour passer un séjour en famille ou en entre amis. Le lieu est très bien situé avec la possibilité de faire de nombreuses activités sur place et dans les environs. Les hôtes sont charmants et nous ont très bien accueillis. A recommander les yeux fermés.

Wünderschönes Haus in toller Lage

Mit 8 Personen haben wir im August einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Valfrais verbracht. Das große Grundstück liegt in herrlicher, ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand von Simiane. Ein großer, zum Teil tiefer Pool lädt zum baden ein. Sonnenstühle sind zahlreich vorhanden und die Olivenbäume spenden Schatten. Die überdachte Terasse ist großzügig. Das Haus ist geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Auch für 8 Personen ist reichlich Platz vorhanden. Die Küche ist etwas klein aber gut ausgestattet. Im ersten Stock sind die fünf Schlafzimmer und damit ist reichlich Platz vorhanden. Zwei Bäder und eine separate Toilette sind vorhanden, das ein Bad im Erdgeschoss ist, hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Die Freizeitmöglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück sind super, Tischtennis, Boule und viele weitere Möglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Die Vermieterin Anne ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Und wenn das Internet mal nicht geht, schafft sie schnell Abhilfe. Der Ort Simiane hat nicht viel zu bieten, die Bäckerei am Ortseingang hat allerdings das beste Baguette der Region. Der Ort ist sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen. In einer knappen Stunde haben wir das Mittelmeer bei Cassis erreicht, Arles und Avignon sind ebenfalls in einer knappen Stunde zu erreichen, genauso wie die schönen Dörfer des Luberon. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub bei tollem, sonnigen Wetter. Für eine große Familie ist da Haus Valfrais uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.
