Amazing!
While visiting family who reside in an inland town, we chose this property so we could enjoy the Calabrian coast during our stay….were we pleased we did! From the magnificent views, the spotless and newly renovated residence and the wonderful, responsive host, we had a fabulous time! Would highly recommend!

ottima posizione
Ottima posizione strategica per le più belle spiagge ioniche calabresi. Casa in ordine e attrezzata con cura (belli i giochi a disposizione) con bel giardino, ottima privacy e tranquillità. Villaggio piacevole con piscina e navetta per il mare. Abbiamo sentito la mancanza di una lavatrice o di un posto comodo per lavare i panni a mano avendo bimbi molto piccoli. Peccato non poter pranzare in giardino per assenza d'ombreggianti. Abbiamo provato ogni giorno spiagge diverse e scoperto luoghi speciali come Stalettì con la sua famosa granita e il panorama mozzafiato. Ci torneremmo volentieri.

Cauzione trattenuta senza ragione
Abbiamo passato 2 settimane in agosto. La casa trovata abbastanza pulita ma con formiche in cucina che abbiamo provveduto a debellare. Posto spettacolare ma consiglierei condizionatori nelle camere ma soprattutto in sala per debellare il caldo torrido che entra in sala la mattina. Ci vorrebbe un tendone davanti all'ingresso e un tavolo più grande in giardino. Abbiamo comprato degli adattatori perché le prese nelle camere nn erano compatibili con i ns dispositivi (sveglia ecc).Comoda la navetta e il ritrovo serale intorno alla piscina per i ragazzini che in tutta tranquillità possono uscire là sera.posto tranquillo e fresco di notte. Peccato per la nota finale della cauzione che ci è stata restituita in parte con la scusa di pulizie extra della donna di servizio! E noi la casa l'abbiamo lasciata esattamente come l'abbiamo trovata,,,!,,attenzione!!,,

Cercavo qualcosa di bello...
Cercavo qualcosa di bello ed al contempo tranquillo, qualcosa di adatto ad una famiglia con due ragazzini di 12 anni....un bellissimo mare....Dopo qualche titubanza iniziale posso affermare di aver fatto la scelta giusta! Abbiamo trascorso due settimane davvero eccellenti. Ottimo il servizio minibus da/per il mare nonchè la disponibilità della piscina condominiale proprio a due passi. La proprietaria, sebbene lontana, si è sempre mostrata molto gentile, disponibile e puntuale. Consiglierei comunque l'installazione di 2 piccoli condizionatori nelle camere da letto perchè, sebbene la zona sia sempre ventilata e la temperatura serale gradevole, spesso la notte lo è troppo. Il forte vento imporrebbe di chiudere porte e finestre per attenuare il rumore delle tapparelle. Per il resto tutto perfettamente efficiente. Da ripetere .... magari tra qualche anno.

"L''alloggio è corrispondente alla descrizione. L''appartamento è curato e pulito e, pur non essendo grande, ha spazi sfruttati in modo molto razionale.Incantevole la vista sull''intero golfo di Squillace che si gode dal giardino antistante. Molto gradevole il contesto in cui è situato, ricco di verde e con uno spazio piscina decisamente fruibile. Utile il servizio navetta per la spiaggia. L''attrezzatura interna è davvero adeguata, meno quella esterna, relativa al giardino (ad esempio, il tavolo non è proporzionato al numero massimo delle persone ospitabili, mancano delle sdraio). Il soggiorno ci ha decisamente soddisfatti. La proprietaria è molto precisa e assolutamente corretta. Grazie per l''opportunità. Famiglia Carnevale"

"La vacanza è stata molto gradevole. Il contesto è bello. Notti fresche e tranquille. Ottima l''attrezzatura in cucina. Da migliorare quella esterna che non rende fruibile il giardino: servono un tavolo più grande, un bell''ombrellone e qualche sdraio per potere godere dello spazio esterno. Ottimo il rapporto con il proprietario, che pur non in loco, si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile."

"Casa bella ed accoglient...
"Casa bella ed accogliente, superattrezzata, pulitissima, confortevole. Anche nei giorni più caldi di agosto si vive bene anche senza aria condizionata, grazie ad alla corrente tra le due porte - finestra della casa. I giardini sono godibili tutto il giorno, quello nord la mattina, e quello sud da mezzogiorno alla sera. Puntualissimo e utilissimo il servizio navetta, che evita l'uso della macchina per raggiungere Caminia. L'animazione è un ottima risorsa per chi ha ragazzi che non possono ancora andare in giro per discoteche, ma che nemmeno vogliono rimanere a casa la sera. Normalmente è un buon rifugio per chi ama la natura e la tranquillità, senza rinunciare ad una buona organizzazione di contorno; nelle settimane centrali di agosto il villaggio riflette il clima vacanziero tipico della Calabria estiva e si apre alla vita notturna. Meno tranquillità, più divertimento. Bello, sincero e aperto il rapporto con la proprietaria. Affittando la casa si guadagna anche sotto il profilo umano. Ci torniamo sicuramente."

"Il mio soggiorno è stato perfetto, la casa era in ordine pulita e confortevole, disposta in un contesto molto tranquillo pur essendo facilmente accedibile. "Udmærket sted af tage på...
"Udmærket sted af tage på ture fra, huset er ikke stort, og den tilhørende pool kan kun bruges på bestemte dage. Men der er fin havudsigt fra haven, og det lufter og natten så men kan lave gennemtræk, da der ellers er ret varmt. Dette et typisk et sted hvor italienerne selv holder ferie, og derfor ikke specielt turistet. Alt i alt glimrende sted at have basislejl, mens man kører turer i området. Man skal lige være opmærksom på, at husets sengetøj ikke må benyttes."
