Beware of the following. You will need a car from the first moment as the nearest market of sorts is over a mile away. No restaurants nearby except for 2 mediocre ones This place is very nice and clean .The beach is about 600 yards away .It was a nice stay but the house location is more secluded than we expected

Huisje vlakbij de zee in een rustige omgeving. Smaakvol ingericht, ruim, schoon, fijn dat er al wat noodzakelijke levensmiddelen (zout, kruiden, olie, wasmiddel enz.) aanwezig waren. Auto noodzakelijk voor boodschappen en uitstapjes. Prachtige bergdorpjes als Badolato in de omgeving.

Beautiful home for a beautiful holiday.

We were in Isca Marina during August 2017. We are a couple from Milano with a little child eight years old. The property is very suitable for families. The listing description of the house was very accurate regarding location, layout and facilities. We had much fun in a very comfortable house, clean, well equipped, and well maintained. Stuart, the owner, was very correct and polite in any occasion we contacted him and provided us with all the customer service we needed. The property has also the use of a common swimming pool which is very clean and comfortable. The property is also closed to many good restaurants and old villages in the countryside. We would recommend this property to friends and relatives and people want want to enjoy sun, beautiful beach and sea and good Italian food.

Beautiful apartment/house nice location

We enjoyed our stay in Isca Marina. The house is beautiful,. We liked the two different balconies and ate every day at one of them. The sea is only 3. Minutes to go and there is free wifi at the beach. The swimmingpool is great and september/october is a very quiet time to stay we liked that very much. We visited a lot of small towns in the mountains

Ottimo appartamento, moderno, nuovo e ben arredato. Piscina spaziosa a ben tenuta. Parcheggio interno. Posizione meravigliosa (300 m dalla spiaggia).

My wife and I are professional people in our 40's who love to travel and explore. We have spent a lot of time in Italy and got married there in 2002. This part of Italy is just gorgeous... unspoilt and very traditional... we absolutely love coming here and am sure you will too.

Why they chose this property

Minutes from the pool and beach yet private and secluded when you want it to be. The house is very spacious and we have comfortably stayed there with up to 6 people utilising the lounge as an extra bedroom.
The pool area is lovely and has never been overcrowded apart from perhaps the first two weeks in August when the whole of Italy goes on holiday! Even then there are times of the day when you can have the pool to yourself and quietly watch the sun go down behind the mountains which is amazing.
