This property has to be one of, if not the most desirable locations in all of Florence! Step out the front door and you're literally standing in the Piazza de la Signoria! Gianna, the manager, met us exactly on time and couldn't have been more gracious, informative, and helpful! It is a very clean, comfortable, and well appointed apartment that lacks nothing you would want or need for a vacation stay! You are well within a short walking distance of everything there is to see in Florence! From all of the attractions right in or extremely close to the Piazza (Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery, Duomo, Santa Croce, Medici Chapel, Ponte Vecchio, and on and on) to all of the amazing shopping and phenomenal restaurants (way too many to count!). Step out of the building, turn left, and there is a fabulous shop on the corner that is a great "Italian Breakfast Bar" in the morning as well as a fully stocked bar and restaurant/deli for an ideal spot to have an afternoon spritz and quick bite and , oh yeah...their gelato is among the best you will find in all of Florence, and that's saying something. The people who work there are so friendly and engaging that by the 3rd morning the host/cashier knew what we wanted as soon as we walked through the door. I can't say enough good things about this apartment and the ease of all the arrangements! This is the "Can't Miss" place to stay in all of Florence!

An excellent accommodation. Great views and a very comfortable apartment in a prime location. Umberto, Gianna and Elvis were very helpful and communicative in every way. Fabulous stay in Florence. The flat is in a perfect location in Florence to see all the major sites. The view from the window is amazing. The flat is just the right size for two people. We had four people with us for the first few nights and it was a bit small, but when it was just the two of us it was perfect! We would love to stay in the flat again and would highly recommend!

Fantastic location

Couldn’t have asked for a better location to view all of the sights, museums, etc and as a bonus, apartment is not too far from the train station. Apartment is ideal for a single person or a couple.

Cannot ask for anything more in a place like this and such well maintained property. In the heart of historical Pizza de la Signoria pretty much all landmarks are in a walking distance.

Excellent location and in the heart of Florence

This property was just as listed. Prime location for exploring Florence and in the heart of a safe and historic square. Nice place for a visit to Florence. AC, elevator and washing machine was great for us.
