The apartment is located in an elegant building 30 m from Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi Gallery and 50 m from Ponte Vecchio, in an exceptional position for visiting the entire historic center. The house consists of a large bedroom with a large double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, where an additional bed can be placed, the bathroom with a walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa. The furniture is functional and equipped with everything needed for the stay. The apartment is located on the fifth mezzanine floor, reachable by lift, it is very bright and quiet, because the windows overlook a panoramic but internal square. The location is very central and exiting the main door you are surrounded by the major monuments of Florence: Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio are just a few meters away, the Duomo, Santa Croce and Palazzo Pitti a few minutes away.

This place could not have been more perfect. Clean, spacious, close to everything. Our host, Elisabetta, was super helpful and very knowledgeable about Florence and things to do there. 10/10 A would be our first choice of places to stay whenever we come back!

Basta: Stop scrolling. If you are visiting Firenze this is the best place to stay. The host was very gracious and the location cannot be beat. Guests walk right out the door to the Ponte Vecchio and all other must see locations like the Duomo,Effizzi Gallery, Academia are a few walking minutes away.Every feature of this beautiful apartment worked perfectly. This place was spacious and spotless.

Location was perfect, however there is mold in the bathroom, toilet brush was disgusting. City water was out and we received poor response from owner letting us know what was happening. Told her we were running out of toilet paper and was told to go buy some. Overall impression was owner had not been there in awhile and cleaning was subpar. Almost forgot refrigerator was also dirty and moldy.

Quando in tutta Firenze è venuta a mancare l’acqua per problemi all’acquedotto, ti ho subito inviato la comunicazione ufficiale emessa dal Comune, quindi hai ricevuto tempestivamente tutte le informazioni disponibili relative al disservizio. Riguardo al tuo soggiorno non dovresti dimenticare che mi hai fornito per tre volte informazioni sbagliate circa il tuo arrivo e che comunque il check-in è stato alle 11.30 di sera, sicuramente un orario molto tardivo, ma che ho comunque soddisfatto. Infine, nell’appartamento sono sempre presenti in abbondanza tutte le dotazioni necessarie, che gli ospiti ovviamente integrano se le finiscono. Comunque ti ringrazio per aver soggiornato nella mia casa Elisabetta

Wonderful host, ideally located

Elisabetta is a wonderful host, greeting us warmly and ensuring we had everything we needed. The apartment is ideally located steps from the Ponta Vecchio, and a very short walk to the Duomo. This is our second time staying here, and we will return again in the future!

Honestly is in the heart of Florence. Easy access to everything. Great places to eat and drink near by. Super cloce to the Ponte Vecchio. This place has eveything you need! Quiet place even though it truly is on a busy street.

Location location location!

A quick trip to a beautiful city we had never visited before. Elisabetta’s place is in the very heart of it all. Lots of shopping and dining right outside the door. But also very quiet and private inside the apartment. It was a perfect place for myself and adult son. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

A Month in Florence

We had a wonderful visit with our daughter who was studying in Florence. Our family visited over the month transitioning in and out of the flat and it was a smooth and easy process. Great location and Elisabetta was responsive, kind and easy to work with at all times. I would stay there again!

Our stay in this apartment was clearly one of the best experiences we have had with a VRBO apartment. We were delayed arriving in Florence, but Elisabetta and her husband stayed late into the evening to welcome us, give us a thorough orientation and tips for tackling the Florence sights and streets. The apartment was lovely - neat, tidy, with everything we needed. The location was PERFECT! We are active walkers and some days did 5-7 miles over rough Florence streets. The opportunity to get back to the apartment conveniently during the day for a rest stop was very helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment to travelers young and old.

Great flat and a location you can’t beat

The flat has everything you need and Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. She added a few items to our list of things to see that we were so glad we didn’t miss. The location was fabulous as we could walk to the majority of things we wanted to see.
