About this property

Loveliest views in Scottsdale area. Tranquil retreat in middle of everything.

This was the jewel of the villas previously rented by Millennium Resort at much higher rates than we now charge. It is new on VRBO. The sister property next door is 5 star, as we are confident this will be. You'll be close to everything Scottsdale, but you won't want to leave, and won't have to. You are on Scottsdale road, but the only sounds you hear are of the birds. It's a birdwatcher paradise. There are great bike and walking trails. Once you stay here, you will not want to stay anywhere else in the Phoenix area. We have lots of repeaters.

Why they chose this property

We've been owners at 'The Shores' for 17 years. When our friends, the McDonalds, next door to our #31, put it on the market a year ago, we snapped it up. Now, when we are in Arizona, bunches of friends and family can come and enjoy both places.

What makes this property unique

It's perfect for people who are very active as well as those with mobility problems. There's good public transportation , but a car is recommended for access to all that the area has to offer. Did we mention this place is relaxing? There's a meditation open-air atrium within the villa.
