This house was absolutely perfect for our stay in the area. We were in town for a week for a family wedding, and the location, amenities, and home itself couldn’t have been better. The communication with the owner was top notch and I would definitely look forward to staying here again.

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation in Scottsdale! The home was clean and inviting. The back yard games were fun and we cooked Christmas dinner on the BBQ grill. The neighborhood was safe and we enjoyed evening walks. Chris was always accessible and helpful. Great stay!!

Perfect place for me, my wife, and our 18 month old. Had everything we needed. The kitchen/outdoor area was so great. You can walk out the door and get onto the canal from the neighborhood. Very safe, great place for a family. We will be back!

Gorgeous home in quiet neighborhood. Beautiful backyard with an amazing scent coming from the fruit trees! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. We had a great time wish we had stayed longer!

Great Getaway Stay

Great house, great location!

Needed a VRBO for two weeks while doing home renovations. This house was the perfect place to stay with a great location. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, beautiful kitchen with a fantastic kitchen window that I will really miss! Wonderful stay for Spring Training!

We had a wonderful time! Parents (big Bocce Ball players) loved the yard! We felt comfortable and at home - super kid-friendly! Very close to the stadium for Giants Spring Training games and close to the airport, downtown & anything we needed. Chris was very kind and accommodating and checked in throughout our stay.

Why they chose this property

I purchased this home because it was one of few neighborhoods in Phoenix that was walking distance to so many different places. Within blocks you have top restaraunts, fun bars, fantastic art galaries, and events at the Civic Center, Art Musuem, Botanical Gardens, Zoo and Spring Training.

What makes this property unique

I have not found a property on VRBO that is in a better location. This is truly one of the few properties that is 'in' old town. Other properties that have 'old town' in the property heading are miles away. This house is blocks away.
