Nice but misleading property

The property was fine, 8-10 min walk to the gondola.It's a large apartment and a one bedroom with a bed in the living room.Issue is that the property did not correspond at with the listing on the website. The owner does not want to do changes to make it accurate...None of the photos are matching because the owner has multiple property and the one on the picture is in renovation.There are no SPA nor Pool or Sauna.Internet is working only in the living room and not really usable 2Mbps.

Appart géniale pour 14 personnes en plus avec enfants pas de gène. Problème de canalisation, sur 4 douches et 2 avec baignoires seulement 3 n étaient pas bouchées après voir enlever tous les cheveux dans les siphons de toutes les salles de bains et après avoir déboucher l évier de la cuisine. c'est dommage les personnes étaient réactives mais pas efficaces, on a du faire tout le séjour comme cela.sinon très bien accueilli. appart très bien situé.

pour skier en famille ou entre amis

Accès au télécabine de Champany à 10 minutes à pieds. Appart sympa, même si certains lits n'ont pas d'intimité. Contrairement à ce que peut laisser croire l'annonce Abritel pas de piscine dans la résidence (photo de la piscine municipale à au moins 20 minutes à pieds)

Bernard took care of everything

The chalet was wonderful with a sauna and jacuzzi in the basement. And Bernard was an excellent host. He arranged ski rental at a discount, freshly baked bread in the morning and shuttle service to and from the airport. We are so happy with this vacation. Thank you Bernard! Best regards/Anneli

très bon séjour dans ce chalet à grande capacité; grande disponibilité des propriétaires;

Equipement de haute qualité dans la cuisine ; Les lits sont king size, la literie de bon confort :Certaines chambres sont bien isolées du bruit ambiant quand on est beaucoup! Les balcons, tout ensoleillés quand on y était sont une évasion bienfaisante ; Le chalet est très bien situé dans la station et les navettes des propriétaires , toujours sollicitées, c'est un plus pour accéder aux pistes avec les enfants! merci pour eux!

Nous sommes toutefoiis un peu surpris sur votre commentaires concernant la vétusté,, car en dehors des canapés et fauteuils qui seront remplacés à l’automne, l'appartement que vous avez occupé vient d'être remis à neuf au mois de juin 2015! Nous avons passé un très ...

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, avec nos 3 petits enfants qui se sont régalés. les Propriétaires qui sont présents sont très dévoués l'appartement était super, propre, calme, avec un excellent confort et un room service très appréciable. Nous n'avons qu'une envie....y retourner très vite.
