The house and garden are just beautiful. The pool is big and great for a family with kids and the garden offers a lot of space. You can see that the hosts are putting a lot of effort into the house and everything is of very high quality, the fridge, the grill, washing machine…There are turtles in the garden and our kids were instantly in love. We can highly recommend this house!!!

Wonderful stay

We have been superbly welcomed by the lovely owners Miguel and Joana. They did everything to make our stay very pleasant. The garden and the swimming pool were great with no vis-a-vis and the location closed to Ciudadella very convenient. We would definitely come back !

Beautiful, quiet villa in a gorgeous setting

Lovely experience: the villa is tranquil, rustic, the pool is enormous, and there are several outdoor areas to relax in shade and sun. Owners incredibly attentive and responsive. Only thing we'd say is it was hot and no aircon, only one fan, so the breezes it usually gets couldn't be depended upon (second two weeks in July). Cala Morell is quiet and beautiful. No shops, but we loved Yvette (one of two restaurants - the other is Japanese) which goes great sunset cocktails. There's also a beach/bar restaurant which closes at six. The teenagers found it quiet to begin with, but by the end, they'd surrendered to the atmosphere! Lovely beaches nearby. Definitely need a car. We would come back for sure. Thank you! PS everything is as described perfectly.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La maison est très propre bien équipée et dans un environnement extrêmement calme . La piscine est idéale et l'orientation parfaite même en cas de vent fort. La communication avec les hotes a été excellente et leur accueil à été très chaleureux. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement dans lequel nous reviendrons avec plaisir .

Traumhaftes Refugium

Für alle, die komplette Ruhe suchen, ist das Haus ein Traum. Eigener Pool, der nicht eingesehen werden kann, SItz- Ess- und Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten rund um und über dem Haus (Dachterrasse), ein weiträumiges und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Die Gastgeber sind sehr angenehme Leute, die für alles da sind, ohne sich aufzudrängen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nos hôtes ont été adorables avec de bons conseils pour ameliorer notre séjour. La maison est très confortable et fonctionnelle la piscine dans le jardin arboré avec terrasse bien orientée permet des soirées merveilleuses.

Super séjour!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances chez Manuel et Joana. Nous avions choisi cette villa en raison de sa tranquillité sans vis à vis, plutôt rare sur l'île et nous avons apprécié la quiétude des lieux. La maison, typique du coin, est très bien équipée et le barbecue au gaz a fonctionné à plein régime. Manuel est passé régulièrement vérifier la piscine, d'une propreté impeccable, agréable à toute heure. Accueil très sympathique et départ tout autant. Merci!

Sehr schön und ruhig

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Lage ist sehr ruhig, direkt in einem Wäldchen, die Terrasse bietet sowohl Schatten als auch Sonne. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und insbesondere den Grill haben wir oft benutzt. Joana und Miquel Waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Carmen und Jasper

Une maison splendide pour des vacances parfaites!

La maison est très jolie, conforme aux photos. L'espace et la décoration sont très agréables. Sans parler de l'extérieur avec les différentes terrasses et la grande piscine ! Tout pour se sentir en vacances dès les premières secondes. De plus Miguel et Joana sont des hôtes accueillants, arrangeants, réactifs et discrets. Même s'il faut une voiture pour accéder aux commerces et nombreuses plages de l'île, la proximité de Ciutadella est parfaite ( environ 10 mn) tout en restant dans un endroit calme avec une jolie plage.Bref, il ne faut pas hésiter !

A lovely place for a relaxing holiday

This charming house exceeded our expectations in many ways. Only a ten minute stroll from the beach of Cala Morrel, the house is at the end of a mature and quiet residential area. The good-sized, well-maintained pool and garden are not overlooked and there is plenty of shade to be found around the house and under the pine trees on a small, grassy area. Perfect for undisturbed reading and snoozing on the sturdy sunbeds - or just staring out into the forrest. Beware, you are sharing the garden with a resident turtle which may grace you with its presence from time to time! The house is well maintained. A new, modern bathroom was installed in early 2022. The kitchen is a bit dated, but well equipped with lots of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, and a good sized fridge and freezer. We enjoyed the new gas barbecue on the patio - where we had all our meals around the lovely wooden table with comfortable, wooden chairs (not the ghastly plastic variety that you find in so many holiday rentals). The house is comfortable. It is easy to create a good airflow in the summer with windows open and shutters slightly ajar. There were three of us but five people would have fitted comfortably. Miguel and Joanna are great hosts. They were very flexible when we asked to arrive a few hours earlier than originally announced. They take great pride in their property and look after it themselves. We had asked to leave on our departure day at 12 noon, and even though this meant they did not have much time to get the property ready for the next guests they agreed and did not show up a minute before the agreed time. Much appreciated! Therefore: five stars for this property and the hosts. The only slightly surprising thing (and no fault of the owner): there are NO shops in Cala Morrel. No possibility to buy bread or milk, or fruit. Granted, the big supermarkets in Ciutadella are only a 10-minute drive away, but we were surprised that with all the self-catering accommodation around no one has picked up on this business opportunity yet.

Super endroit pour passer des vacances reposantes, un cadre idyllique entre mer et campagne. Équipement complet et confortable, superbe piscine , très calme . Un très très grand merci à Joana et Miquel pour leur gentillesse, leur écoute, leur discrétion.

Absolument superbe !

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement. La maison est toute propre, des linges (serviettes) et des draps tous frais à disposition. Elle est bien équipée. La terrasse est vraiment superbe, ombragée juste comme il faut...avec une vue magnifique sur la pinède et le jardin fleuri! Pour les amateurs de nature: tourterelle des bois, tortue d'Hermann, chant de l'engoulvent à la tombée de la nuit! Magique! La piscine est top! Et l'emplacement nous a beaucoup plu: à Cala Morell, l'eau de la mer est claire, on peut y voir tout plein de poissons, il y a des restaurants très sympa... et... quel couché de soleil, SPLENDIDE! En 15 minutes on est à Ciutadella qui a vraiment beaucoup de charme! Bref... séjours parfait! Merci aux proprietaires!!
